Villa Thromila is a 180 sq. m. residence located in the southern coastal area of Souda, in the Rethymno Prefecture. The villa is just 2 km from the organised sandy beach of Souda and 1.2 km from the unorganised Fotinari Beach. The town of Plakias is only 3 km away, where you’ll find tavernas, shops, and all daily amenities.

The villa is an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends, as it consists of two independent buildings that can be rented together, offering both shared spaces and privacy within your group. Layout

Upon entering each building on the first floor, you are welcomed into an open-plan area comprising a living room with a 45” Smart TV with Netflix and a Bluetooth speaker, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with high-quality appliances. From the living room, there is direct access to a veranda with an outdoor dining table. A WC with a shower is also located on this level.

Above the living area in each building, a loft provides additional sleeping space with two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed if required.

The ground floor of each building is accessed via an internal staircase and features two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool and barbecue area. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds that can also be joined together to form a double bed, depending on guest preference.

Overall, the property consists of two identical villas, offering a total of two living rooms, two kitchens, two dining areas, four bedrooms, two lofts, and four bathrooms—providing ample space and comfort for all guests.

The spacious, beautifully landscaped, 400 sq.m. outdoor area of Villa Stone Thromila offers a variety of facilities which include:

-A private, 35 sq.m. swimming pool where you can enjoy the stunning sea views from. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, upon request.
