Kostas Vasilakis, Founder and CEO of etouri, grew up surrounded by holiday villas, inspired by his father, who created one of Crete's first. A graduate in Economics and Marketing, Kostas entered the vacation rental industry over a decade ago and quickly noticed a problem: traditional agencies prioritized expanding portfolios over delighting guests. He knew there had to be a better way.
That's how etouri was born & guided by a single principle: success follows guest satisfaction. From day one, Kostas championed 5-star service and innovative approaches to vacation rental management, earning recognition as a pioneer in the industry.
Etouri began as a small, founder-led business, but it grew thoughtfully over time. Today, a team of 40 skilled professionals brings expertise in tourism, operations, and hospitality, supported by robust systems that ensure efficiency and excellence. Every member works toward one goal: making every stay seamless, memorable, and uniquely etouri.
