Set in an elevated position overlooking Souda Bay and the White Mountains, Villa Thealassa sits on a lush 4,100 sq. m. private estate, offering magnificent sea views and a wonderful sense of calm, while still being just a short drive from Chania Old Town and nearby golden-sand beaches. The 270 sq. m. single-level villa features five well-equipped bedrooms, accommodating ten guests, or up to eleven if needed.

Interior

Villa Thealassa is a ground-floor villa, making your everyday life as easy as possible. Entering the hallway, you will find yourselves in a spacious, open-plan area, filled with light. The hallway provides a beautiful wooden desk and direct access to the veranda and one of the outdoor dining areas.

On your right hand, the spacious, cosy living room welcomes you, and it offers direct access to the veranda and pool terrace through its large double doors. A large 50’’ HDTV with Netflix, a stereo system, board games, a game console, and an open fireplace are also available in the living room, ideal for family moments. Next to the living room, an elegant dining area for up to 10 guests, which offers a nice garden view, is available, and it also communicates with the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for a self-catered holiday and your family meals, as well as a second, round dining table for 6 guests.

On your left hand, you have access to the five bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The second bedroom offers a cozy double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed if desired. The fourth bedroom also includes two single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed and offers direct access to the outdoors. The fifth bedroom features a king-size bed, air conditioning, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. This room is currently under construction, and photos will be available soon.

Bedroom 1: This master bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m)  and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also includes a self-controlled A/C, a closet, window shutters, and a full-length mirror. 

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king upon request. It also includes a self-controlled A/C, a closet,  a vanity with a mirror, window shutters,  and direct access to the pool area. 

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom features two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king upon request. It also includes a self-controlled A/C, a closet, window shutters, and a vanity with a mirror.

Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom features a Queen-size bed(1.60mx2.00m), a self-controlled A/C, a closet, window shutters, and a full-length mirror. 

Bedroom 5: The fifth bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower as well as a bathtub, a closet, a self-controlled A/C, and window shutters. Please note that this bedroom is undergoing construction, and photos will be available soon. 

The villa includes two additional bathrooms, one with a shower cabin and the other with both a bathtub and a shower cabin.

Outdoor Area

Step outside to a Mediterranean garden full of life, color & magnificent sea views. The villa’s outdoor spaces are made for long, relaxing days under the sun and starry evenings with loved ones.

More specifically, our outdoor facilities include:

- Private pool 60 sq m with steps and walk-in access (0,60 - 2,40m deep)

- 8 mattress sunbeds, 4 umbrellas, and an outdoor shower

- Shaded dining area for al fresco meals

- Large, lawn-covered garden with fruit trees (lemon, orange, pomegranate, tangerine, pear & more) and herb garden for our guests to pick and enjoy!
