This 270 sq.m. single-level villa offers breathtaking panoramic views, complete privacy, and all the comforts of a well-loved home—making it perfect for families and groups of friends. It accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, with the option to host 9 by adding 1 folding bed in the living room or one of the bedrooms 1,3, or 4.

Interior
Villa Thealassa is a ground floor Villa, making your everyday life as easy as possible. Entering the hallway, you will find yourselves in a spacious, open plan area, filled with light. The hallway provides a beautiful wooden desk and direct access to the veranda and one of the outdoor dining areas.

On your right hand, the spacious, cosy living room welcomes you and it offers direct access to the veranda and pool terrace through its large double doors. A large 50’’ HDTV with Netflix, stereo system, board games, game console, and an open fireplace are also available in the living room, ideal for family moments. Next to the living room, an elegant dining area for up to 10 guests, which offers a nice garden view is available, which also communicates with the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for a self-catered holiday and your family meals, as well as a second, round dining table for 6 guests.

On your left hand, you have access to the five bedrooms of the Villa. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The second bedroom offers a cozy double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed if desired. The fourth bedroom also includes two single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed and offers direct access to the outdoors. The fifth bedroom features a king-size bed, air conditioning, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. This room is currently under construction, and photos will be available soon.

Also, one additional bathroom with a shower cabin and the other with both a bathtub —as well as a separate WC.

All bedrooms feature A/C and shutters.

Outdoor area

Step outside to a Mediterranean garden full of life, color & magnificent sea views! The villa’s outdoor spaces are made for long, relaxing days under the sun and starry evenings with loved ones.

- Large, lawn-covered garden with fruit trees (lemon, orange, pomegranate, tangerine, pear & more) and herb garden for our guests to pick and enjoy!

- Total quietness as the villa is located in a 4.100 sq. m. private land surrounded by fruit bearing trees, where guests can help themselves to. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.

- The hospitality of the owner and his family who will be on hand with helpful advice and information whenever it is needed. The owners have a wide knowledge of the island and will be only to willing to suggest places of interest and routes to get there.
