The villa is an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends, as it consists of two independent three-storey houses that can be rented together, offering both shared spaces and privacy within your group. This layout allows you to enjoy holidays together while still having your own personal space.

Each house is furnished in a modern, minimal style and features the same layout. Together, the property can accommodate up to 10 guests in beds, with space for up to 11 guests if needed.

Layout

First Bulding - Ground Floor 

Upon entering the ground floor, you will find an open plan space featuring the living room, kitchen, dinning and the first bedroom. 

The living room features a 45’’ smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ensuring a self-catered stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a dining table comfortably seating up to six guests. The ground floor also features a full bathroom with a bathtub, along with a washer. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead directly to a spacious veranda, furnished with a dining table overlooking the pool and sea. 

The first bedroom on the ground floor features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a vanity with a mirror,  a closet, a self-controlled A/C, and sea views. 

First Floor

On the first floor, you will find the second bedroom, featuring two twin-size beds, a closet, a self-controlled A/C, and a balcony. Adjacent to this bedroom, there is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

Second Building - Ground Floor 

Upon entering the ground floor, you will find the second open plan space featuring the living room, kitchen, dinning and the third bedroom. The living room features a 45’’ smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ensuring a self-catered stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a dining table comfortably seating up to six guests.

The third bedroom features two twin-size beds, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and direct access to the rear part of the villa. Adjacent to this bedroom is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

First Floor 

Ascending to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, along with a full bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedroom features Queen size beds (1.60m x 2.00m), self-controlled A/C’s, closets, and shared balconies. 

Attic

Ascending to the attic, you will find a single-size bed, accommodating the 11th guest.

Outdoor Area

The spacious, beautifully landscaped, 1.200 sq.m. outdoor area of Villa Stone Thromila offers a variety of facilities which include:
-A private, 40 sq.m. swimming pool (1,20 - 1,40 m. deep) where you can enjoy the stunning sea views from. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, upon request.

-The pool terrace is furnished with sun beds, an outdoor swing, an outdoor shower, and umbrellas for relaxing in the pool terrace and the balconies.

-Fully equipped, shaded, outdoor barbecue facilities with sink and small fridge.

-A shaded al fresco dining area under the pergola.

-A ping pong table

-2 shaded parking spots and a parking space for several inside the Villa premises
