Villa Stone Thromila is a 200 sq. m. residence situated in the southern coastal area of Souda in Rethymno prefecture. The villa is located only 2 km away from the organised sandy beach of Souda and 1.2 km away from the unorganised Fotinari Beach.  At Plakias town 3km away, you can find several tavernas, shops and  daily amenities.

The villa is the best choice for big families, as it is actually consisted of two independent areas, that you can rent as one, offering privacy within your group. Staying in our villa offers you the advantage of both having vacations with friends and having your own personal space for you and your family at the same time. Each three storey house is furnished in a modern and minimal style and they have the same layout, accommodating 10 guests in beds and up to 11 if necessary. This means you will stay in a villa with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 indoor dining areas, 3 outdoor dining areas, 5 bedrooms and 2 attics, 4 bathrooms, having enough space and facilities for everyone.

Layout

Entering the first independent area on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area, consisted of the living room, indoor dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures. Τhe living room features a 45’’ smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker and direct access to the veranda, equipped with an outdoor dining table, offering beautiful sea views and overlooking the pool. There is also a double bedroom, also having wonderful views, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Reaching the first floor, guests can find one additional bedroom featuring two single beds and offering sea vistas. A second bathroom equipped with a shower cabin is also available. This bedroom is also featuring an attic, with an extra single bed.

The second area provides an additional living room with 45’’ smart TV, indoor dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, offering access to a veranda at the rear part of the Villa, as well as a WC. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, both of them with one one double bed each. Furthermore, an additional bathroom equipped with a bathtub is also available. One of these bedrooms is also featuring an attic, with an extra single bed.

Outdoor area

The spacious, beautifully landscaped, 1.200 sq.m. outdoor area of Villa Stone Thromila offers a variety of facilities which include:
-A private, 40 sq.m. swimming pool (1,20 - 1,40 m. deep) where you can enjoy the stunning sea views from. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, upon request.

-The pool terrace is furnished with sun beds, outdoor swing, an outdoor shower and umbrellas for relaxing in the pool terrace and the balconies.

-Fully equipped, shaded, outdoor barbecue facilities with sink and small fridge.

-A shaded al fresco dining area under the pergola.

-A ping pong table

-2 shaded parking spots and parking space for several inside the Villa premises

-The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy and safety to our guests!
