This stylish ground floor property covers 115 m2 and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 7 if needed (the additional guest can be accommodated in the living room sofa). The interior of the space is adorned with earthly color tones, complemented by elegant wooden furniture, intricate stone wall details, and tastefully minimal decor, crafting a captivating boho atmosphere.

As you step into the living room, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere with a cosy seating area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, also offering direct access to the mesmerizing pool area, where you can bask in the sun and enjoy a refreshing dip whenever you desire . Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 50’’ smart TV, board games and a Bluetooth speaker for your favorite tunes. The fully equipped kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts, complete with a wine cooler, providing all the amenities you need to craft delicious dishes. Indulge in delightful meals in the indoor dining area, which can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

Here you will also find two tastefully designed bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom features two single beds, measuring 0.90 X 2.00, while the second bedroom treats you to a larger 1.60 X 2.00 bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower cabin. Both bedrooms provide every modern convenience, including a mini fridge, a safe, a 32’’ smart TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The open closets offer ample space for your belongings, and the direct access to the pool lets you enjoy a morning swim or a moonlit soak. Convenience meets style in the shared bathroom, equipped with double sinks and a shower cabin and you'll also find a washing machine neatly enclosed in a cabinet.

Separate Studio

Furthermore, an autonomous studio with its own independent entrance, houses the third bedroom of the Villa. The studio boasts a 1.60 X 2.00 bed,  A/C and ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, mini fridge, safe, 32’’ smart TV, open closet. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this addition to the villa provides an excellent opportunity for groups to spread out and relish in personal space without compromising on luxury.

Roof Terrace

Unwind and savor breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains, from our roof terrace, featuring a U-shaped seating area and a cozy fire pit for unforgettable gatherings. Lounge in absolute bliss on our bean bag loungers, while catching the mesmerizing sunset, creating the perfect spot for relaxation and memorable moments.

Nestled within a 2,000 m2 expanse, Villa Skianos boasts an array of outdoor amenities, including:

- A private 42 sq.m. swimming pool with steps for easy access. The pool offers a separate shallow compartment perfect for kids, 0.45m deep, and is accompanied by 4 sun beds, a double day bed, side tables, a poolside shower, and 2 umbrellas for a truly comfortable poolside experience.  The pool can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request.

- For outdoor culinary delights, guests can enjoy the convenience of BBQ facilities with a gas grill and outdoor sink, while a shaded pergola provides an idyllic setting for delightful alfresco dining for up to 10 guests.

- Relaxation takes center stage in the outdoor sitting area, where 4 bean bag chairs beckon you to unwind and soak in the surrounding beauty. The villa's thoughtfully landscaped garden showcases an array of plants, trees, and cacti, creating a serene atmosphere.
