Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen featuring an American-style fridge and modern built-in appliances. The kitchen also includes a breakfast counter with three stools, perfect for enjoying a quick meal or engaging in casual conversation while cooking. For formal dining there is an indoor dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people.

The ground floor also features a bedroom equipped with two single beds (0.90x2.00) that can be joined together upon request, along with a top mattress to form a king-size bed. The bedroom provides access to a private balcony with picturesque views of the surrounding olive grove. Lastly, the ground floor includes a separate WC for added convenience.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover the remaining four well-appointed bedrooms and a clothes washer. 

The first bedroom boasts a Queen-size bed (1.60x2.00) and an additional single bed measuring 0.80x1.95, making it perfect for families or groups seeking flexibility in sleeping arrangements. 

The second bedroom features two single beds measuring (0.90mx2.00m), which can be easily joined together with a top mattress upon request, creating a king-size bed upon request.

Finally, the last two bedrooms each feature Queen-size beds (1.60m x 2.00m).

All bedrooms boast open closets with suitcase stands, a 32'' TV in each room, A/C, and cozy mattresses, guaranteeing a rejuvenating sleep.
