Covering 520 m² across four levels, Villa Palena accommodates up to 14 guests in seven elegant en-suite bedrooms, with the option to host up to 20 guests if needed.

Ground Floor

The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room and indoor dining area. The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55’’ HDTV with Netflix, and a coffee table. The dining area provides seating for 14 guests, while next to it, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, a wine cooler, and an island breakfast counter with 14 stools. This floor also features a luggage stroller for your convenience. All 3 areas have glass sliding doors that provide direct access to the pool terrace. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower on this level that offers a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, air conditioning, a 32” TV, a closet, a safe, and direct access to a veranda. 

First Floor

The first floor features four bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: This master bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, air conditioning, a 32” TV, a closet, a safe, and direct access to a shared balcony with a sea view. This bedroom also features a single pull-out sofa bed for the 15th guest. 

Bedroom 3: This master bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage stand-alone shower, air conditioning, a 32” TV, a closet, a safe, and direct access to a shared balcony with a sea view. This bedroom also features a single pull-out sofa bed for the 16th guest. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), that can be set up as two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00) upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, air conditioning, a 32” TV, a closet, a safe, and direct access to a shared balcony with a sea view. This bedroom also features a single pull-out sofa bed for the 17th guest. 

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, air conditioning, a 32” TV, a closet, a safe, and direct access to a shared balcony with a sea view. This bedroom also features a single pull-out sofa bed for the 18th guest. 

Attic

The attic features two bedrooms, both with sliding doors.

Bedroom 6: This bedroom features a king-size bed 1,80 x 2,00, which can be set up as two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, air conditioning, a 32” TV, a closet, a safe, a mini fridge, and direct access to a large shared balcony with a sea view

Bedroom 7: This bedroom features a queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, air conditioning, a 32” TV, a closet, a safe, a mini fridge, and direct access to a large shared balcony with a sea view.

Lower Floor

The lower level features a well-appointed recreation room with a corner sofa, two pull-out sofa beds for the 19th and 20th guests,  a 65” HDTV with Netflix, a PlayStation 5, a home cinema system, an OSIO small & a LG big Bluetooth speaker, and a selection of games, along with a pool table and table football. 

This level also includes a dedicated spa area with a marble hammam for up to six guests, a wooden sauna accommodating seven guests, a six-seater hot tub, four chaise longues, and a massage bed. 

A fitness area is equipped with an elliptical machine, a static bicycle, and additional exercise equipment. A kitchenette is available for light refreshments, while a bathroom with a shower, an additional separate shower, and a dressing room complete the level. Stairs from this floor provide direct access to the pool area.

Outdoor Area

The 2.500 m2 outdoor area of Villa Palena is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation. More specifically, the outdoor facilities include:

- A private, 50 m2 swimming pool, 1,50 m deep. The pool can also be heated with an additional charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice.)

-The pool terrace is equipped with 8 comfortable sun beds, 2 double day beds, 2 bean bag loungers, a hanging egg chair, a hammock, side tables, a large corner sofa with a coffee table, 4 cuddler sofas, 4 large umbrellas and an outdoor shower. 

- Shaded pergola with gas barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining table for 14 guests provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining and enjoying meals together. An outdoor kitchen, complete with a sink, small fridge, freezer, and stools, is also available for your convenience. An additional table with four high chairs can be found just outside the kitchen.

- Table tennis and a playground are also available for our young guests. The lawn-covered areas around the pool are also ideal for the kids to play.

- A sports field in the backyard, offering facilities for many sports such as basketball & soccer.

- Parking space for many cars inside the Villa premises.

- The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance with a gate, offering privacy to our guests.
