Layout

Villa Milli can accommodate 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. The property is divided into three levels and covers 150 m2 in total, having a layout that serves families, couples, and friends.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of the Villa is independent, offering privacy amongst your group, and has its own entrance door next to the pool. It features a living area with a sofa and a 32’’ TV with Netflix, a DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge and dining table. Moreover, two bedrooms are available, one of which offers a double bed, while the other one boasts two single beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with a closet, a dressing table, and offer direct outdoor access to the garden. Finally, a family bathroom with a shower cabin is available.

First Floor

Ascending the outdoor stairway, you will reach the first floor. This space features an open plan living room area with a large corner sofa, a satellite 50’’ HDTV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a DVD player, offering access to a spacious balcony, equipped with a dining table, where you can relax, have your breakfast, and enjoy the amazing views of the sea. Next to the sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for the preparation of your meals, also providing balcony access, as well as an indoor dining table for 8. 

Second Floor

The stairs from the living room will lead you to the second floor, where the remaining two bedrooms are situated, both opening to a balcony equipped with patio furniture, enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding area and the vibrant flora below. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with double beds and closets. Also, an additional family bathroom with a shower cabin is available on this floor.

Outdoor Area

The area covers 1.000 sq. m. and offers several facilities, which include: 

- A 40 m2, private swimming pool, 1,20m deep. The pool terrace is equipped with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas for your comfort.

- Outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola next to the pool.

- Beautifully landscaped, stone-paved courtyard at the rear part of the Villa, filled with trees and flowers.

- Vast garden with lawn covered areas, ideal for kids to play, including outdoor toys, a ping pong table, and a trampoline

- Numerous relaxing spots, where you can just unwind and marvel at the panoramic, unobstructed views. 

- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with an additional round dining table.

- Parking space for up to four cars, inside the Villa premises.
