Villa Lygia is a haven of calm, where crystalline waters meet palm-fringed beaches and sweeping coastal views. Set within 3,500 m² of lush, manicured gardens, the villa offers ample space and a private spa for complete relaxation. Guests can paddle across the sparkling bay on a SUP board, unwind by the pristine pool, or savor alfresco meals on the expansive outdoor terrace while taking in the captivating surroundings.

Inside, the villa combines modern comfort with thoughtful design, featuring five spacious bedrooms across three floors. With 420 m² of living space, Villa Lygia accommodates up to 12 guests, making it a perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a serene and luxurious beachside escape.

Ground Floor

With high-beamed ceilings and stonework walls, the open-plan living area strikes a perfect balance between charm and modern comfort. Sunlight pours through the floor-to-ceiling windows, accompanied by the soft sound of the sea. The curved sofa and 55" TV offer a welcoming place to unwind, and the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a wine fridge stocked on request, makes self-catering simple and enjoyable. The indoor dining table seats 10 and connects effortlessly to the outdoor area. A guest WC and a utility area with a washer and dryer can also be found on this floor,  for added convenience.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and a bathtub. This bedroom also features a two-seater sofa, a closet, and direct access to the vibrant garden area.

First Floor

Reached via external stairs, the first floor is a fully independent apartment, offering the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness for your group. Stone and plaster walls, a beamed ceiling, and an open fireplace give the space a warm, welcoming character from the moment you step inside.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a 65" Smart TV with Netflix, a PlayStation 5, and a cosy office corner with one of the best views, ideal for catching up on a few emails or simply enjoying a quiet moment. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped for easy self-catering, and the entire space opens onto a large balcony. Here, a shaded dining table for 10 and a gently swaying hammock invite long meals, afternoon naps, and slow evenings overlooking the sea.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a 45" TV, a closet, and beautiful views that greet you each morning.

These two bedrooms share a comfortable, well-equipped bathroom with a stand-up shower and a second washer. 

Bedroom 5:  A spiral staircase leads to the top-floor attic loft, a cozy, intimate space with a low-vaulted ceiling and plenty of natural light. Panoramic windows wrap around the room, framing breathtaking views of the coastline and surrounding landscape. This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), two armchairs perfect for slow, relaxing mornings, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, adding a touch of indulgence.

Outdoor Area

The 3,500 m² outdoor space is a highlight. Lawns, palm trees, and stunning sea views create a relaxed atmosphere with room for everyone to spread out or come together. Guests can enjoy the spa, take out a SUP board, or play on the lawn. More specifically, the outdoor area features: 

- A 55 m2 private swimming pool (1,5 - 2,5m depth) with ladder access. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, upon request.

- The pool area is equipped with deluxe sunbeds, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.

- Outdoor spa area with a 4 seater hot tub, wooden sauna, an extra shower, plus a relaxing sitting area with a view of the palm trees and the sea.

- Comfortable outdoor seating area and dining table for 10 under the pergola will offer you an unforgettable alfresco dining experience.

- Broil King gas barbecue and outdoor sink will allow you to prepare your homemade meals 

- Snorkelling equipment and 4 SUP boards (which can also be transformed as canoes) are also available free of charge.

- The ping pong table,  football, and volleyball nets will keep our young guests entertained. The large lawned gardens are also ideal for the children to play.

- Sun beds for the private beach area are also provided for our guests.

- Boat dock at the beach with a stone-built seating area and coffee tables, beneath a pergola. 

- The villa driveway provides space for 4 cars to park inside the grounds and, if necessary, more outside the grounds.

- 8m rib boat available for hire at an extra charge (with skipper and only during the afternoon hours)

- Private diving lessons or private water sports can be arranged to take place at the villa’s beach (with an additional fee).

-Daily cleaning & maid service from 08:00 till 15:00 except for Sunday & final cleaning
