Layout

Ground Floor 

Stepping into the ground floor, you will find a small foyer, featuring the first bedroom. This bedroom features a double-size bed (1.40m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a sofa, an open closet, a TV, and a self-controlled A/C.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find an open-plan living room and kitchen space. The living room features a sofa and a 43” TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, along with a breakfast bar with three stools, perfect for your morning coffee. Center stage takes the wooden dining table, comfortably seating up to 8 guests. Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors bathe the space with natural light, scenic views, and a seamless indoor and outdoor connection.  This floor also features a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. 

Second Floor 

Ascending to the second floor, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. 

The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features an open closet, a TV, a desk, a self-controlled A/C, mosquito nets, and a shared balcony to admire the never-ending views of the sea.

Outdoor Area

-Private 40 m² swimming pool (1.40 m depth) featuring a small waterfall and a dedicated 70 cm deep section with four hydro-massage jets, suitable for relaxation or child use

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional daily charge. Heating must be requested for the entire stay and requires at least one week’s advance notice.
