Spanning three levels and 300 m², Villa Kalōn can accommodate up to 11 guests in five beautifully designed bedrooms. The interiors feature a calm palette of whites and natural tones, fine wooden furnishings, and top-of-the-line appliances, creating a relaxing, sophisticated atmosphere. Surrounded by two acres of olive trees, the villa offers stunning sea and city views.

Ground Floor 

As you step into the ground floor, you are immediately captivated by the breathtaking views coming in from the floor-to-ceiling door. This spacious open plan space features a living room with a 65” Smart TV, a cozy sofa, and a gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances, ensuring a self-catered and stress-free holiday, while the adjacent dining table for ten makes the perfect spot for dining with your loved ones. The ground floor also features a half bathroom for added convenience. 

First Floor

Ascending the beautifully designed staircase, you will find three bedrooms, a mini coffee station,  and access to a shared balcony offering breathtaking views of the shimmering sea and horizon. 

Bedroom 1: This master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also features a vanity, two open closets, a self-controlled A/C, and a 43” Smart TV. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can be converted into two twin-size beds upon request. This bedroom also features a closet, a self-controlled A/C, and a 43” Smart TV. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m). This bedroom also features a closet, a self-controlled A/C, and a 43” Smart TV. 

The first floor also features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a laundry room equipped with a BOSCH washer and dryer. All bathrooms feature PAPOUTSANIS products for the ultimate self-care. 

Lower Floor

Descending to the lower floor of the villa, you will find a vibrant playroom equipped with a 55'' smart TV, PlayStation 5 and cozy bean bag chairs, providing a perfect space for entertainment and relaxation. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can be converted into two twin-size beds upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a closet, a self-controlled A/C, a 43” Smart TV and a sliding door to let the fresh air in. 

Guest House

An autonomous guest house, accessible from either the pool terrace or the parking area, offers added privacy and ease.

Inside, you will find a comfortable living area with a cozy corner sofa, suitable for the 11th guest, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and a 55" smart TV. Large openings connect directly to the pool terrace, creating a smooth indoor–outdoor flow.

The guest house also includes a second fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter for two, making meal prep simple and convenient.

Downstairs, the fifth bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can be converted into two twin-size beds upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower,  an open closet, a 43" smart TV, and a self-controlled A/C. A four-seater hot tub serves as the room’s standout feature, adding a touch of relaxation. 

This floor also features a separate washer/dryer area, ensuring comfort and practicality throughout the stay.

Outdoor area

The modern architecture of Villa Kalōn, paired with stone elements and touches of cacti and greenery, blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Its expansive 700 m² outdoor area offers plenty of space and a range of facilities for guests to enjoy. More specifically:

- A 45 sq.m. private swimming pool with a hydromassage function and a depth of 1.50 m, easily accessed by steps. An in-pool deck with four comfortable pillow loungers adds a relaxing touch. The pool can be heated upon request for the entire stay, with an additional daily charge. 

- Adjacent to the pool, guests will find a luxurious arrangement of four day beds, accompanied by convenient side tables and a poolside shower. Additionally, an inviting outdoor sitting area beckons with its cozy corner sofa, coffee table, providing a perfect spot for relaxation.

- For outdoor cooking and dining, a gas BBQ grill with an outdoor sink is provided, allowing guests to enjoy a homemade meal amidst the beautiful surroundings. The outdoor dining area, comfortably seating 10 guests, benefits from natural shade provided by the building, offering an idyllic setting for al fresco dining.

- Lawn-covered area designed for children's enjoyment. Here, an outdoor playground awaits, complete with a climbing structure featuring a slide, football nets, and swings. Below the playground, a shaded area houses a ping pong table and an additional seating area, ensuring endless entertainment for guests of all ages. Yoga equipment and free weights are also available.

- 3 bikes for adults are also available, so you can explore the area near the villa.

- Ample parking space is available for several cars inside the villa premises with an EV charger.
