Villa Amnalys is fully staffed to ensure a seamless and relaxing stay. Daily service is available from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including housekeeping and assistance with grocery shopping (note: the cost of groceries is not included). Staff visits are flexible and can be tailored to your preferences to ensure privacy and convenience. Main Building

Upon entering the main building, you are greeted by soaring ceilings, vibrant design elements, and captivating artwork that fills the space with character. The spacious living room invites relaxation, whether for a movie night with its wall-mounted projector, high-end sound system, and two JBL Speakers, or for simply admiring the endless sea view that unfolds before you. A grand dining table anchors the open-concept layout, perfect for shared meals and evening gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances, ensuring a seamless self-catered stay, while the adjacent island makes an ideal spot for your morning coffee.

Each bedroom showcases its own distinctive style, featuring vibrant colors and unique design touches. All come with ensuite bathrooms adorned with artisanal details, including handcrafted tiles and custom-made washbasins. Every room is equipped with premium COCO-MAT mattresses, plush bathrobes, high-quality bathroom amenities, full-length mirrors, ceiling fans, and self-controlled air conditioning, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable, restful, and rejuvenating stay.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room also includes a 30” TV, a dedicated workspace with a printer, and a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and sea.

Lower Floor

On the lower floor, you’ll find the second bedroom, complete with a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an en-suite shower. The toilet is conveniently located just outside the bedroom. This room also opens onto a private terrace, where guests can enjoy tranquil views of the villa’s lush garden. This floor also features a wine cellar. 

The remaining seven bedrooms of Villa Amnalys each have their own private entrance, offering guests added privacy and independence, though they do not internally connect to the main building. All rooms feature king-size beds (1.80m x 2.00m), en-suite bathrooms with stand-up showers, coffee tables, and private outdoor seating, with views and scents of the vibrant garden. Some rooms include mini fridges for convenience, while one also has a TV. The eighth bedroom is versatile, with a king-size bed that can be split into two singles and an additional single bed, ideal for accommodating a 19th guest. Bedroom nine is set slightly apart from the others, providing extra seclusion.

Outdoor Area

One of the standout features of Villa Amnalys is its expansive, thoughtfully landscaped outdoor space. Surrounded by mature trees and fragrant blooms, the setting offers a sense of tranquility and immersion in nature, with sweeping views of the olive groves below and the sea on the horizon. More specifically, our outdoor facilities include:

- A private 100 m² infinity ecological salt water swimming pool.

- A shaded pool house equipped with a charcoal barbecue, outdoor sink, and a pool bar with stools, ideal for relaxed meals with views of the pool and surrounding landscape.

- Multiple furnished areas for lounging and relaxation, including sunbeds, a hammock, an outdoor living room, a gazebo, and a breakfast table on the terrace and in the garden.

- Recreational facilities such as table tennis, a foosball table, and a professional pétanque court to keep guests of all ages entertained. Our pétanque field, with an adjacent bar area, measures 15 meters by 4 meters, the certified dimension for international pétanque competitions. The large lawn areas also provide a safe and open space for children to play freely.  

- A fully equipped laundry room with two washers and a dryer. 

- Two bicycles are available for exploring the nearby village.

- Ample private parking within the villa grounds.
