Layout

Main Building 

The central level of the villa is the heart of daily life, featuring open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas that extend seamlessly onto a veranda. This outdoor space is home to a 25-meter-long ecological pool and offers unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.

Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan area designed to maximize natural light and showcase the panoramic views. To the right, a cozy living area includes a fireplace, a 60” satellite HDTV, and a high-end Hi-Fi sound system. Adjacent, is an indoor dining area, all framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that lead to the patio and pool.

On the left side of the space is a fully equipped kitchen fitted with premium appliances, an island counter, and direct access to the garden, where another dining area offers an inviting spot for meals al fresco.

A staircase near the entrance leads to the upper floor, where the master bedroom is located. This bedroom features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet, a small refrigerator, a 30” HDTV, and a dedicated workspace with a printer. The room opens onto a private veranda complete with an outdoor shower and a gazebo bed—perfect for relaxing while taking in the views.

The same staircase also leads down to the lower level, which includes a bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a private veranda connected to the back garden. This floor also includes a laundry room and a wine cellar.

The bungalows 

In addition to the two main bedrooms, Villa Amnalys features seven bungalows:

Five bungalows are attached to the main building, each with its own private entrance, a terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Four of these have a king-size bed, while the fifth has a king-size bed that can also be configured as two single beds. The sixth bungalow is detached from the main building. It is fully independent and includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The seventh and final bungalow is the most isolated, located further away from both the main building and the other bungalows. It is 15 m², has two windows, and includes a king-size bed, a toilet, and a separate shower. 

Outdoor area 

One of the standout features of Villa Amnalys is its expansive, thoughtfully landscaped outdoor space. Surrounded by mature trees and fragrant blooms, the setting offers a sense of tranquility and immersion in nature, with sweeping views of the olive groves below and the sea on the horizon. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- A private 100 m² infinity ecological swimming pool.

- A shaded pool house equipped with a charcoal barbecue, outdoor sink, and dining area—ideal for relaxed meals with views of the pool and surrounding landscape.

- Multiple furnished areas for lounging and relaxation, including sunbeds, a hammock, an outdoor living room, a gazebo, and a breakfast table on the terrace and in the garden.

- Recreational facilities such as table tennis, a foosball table, and a professional pétanque court to keep guests of all ages entertained. The large lawn areas also provide a safe and open space for children to play freely. Two bicycles are available for exploring the nearby village.

- Ample private parking within the villa grounds.
