Villa al Sur features a striking glass framework that fills the 380 sq.m. space with natural light. Spread over three levels with six spacious bedrooms, accommodating 12 guests and up to 13 guests if needed. A private pool invites you to unwind, with beautiful beaches, and local amenities, and the vibrant town of Chania is just a short drive away, perfect for exploring the wonders of Crete.

Layout

Ground Floor

Walking into the north wing, you are welcomed by an open-plan dining and living area. The living room features, a lush sofa and a 50" Smart TV, while the adjacent dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests.

Large glass doors create a seamless indoor and outdoor connection. For added convenience, this side of the villa also features a WC.

Strolling along into the south wing, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms.

The kitchen features, all modern appliances, ensuring that a self-catered holiday comes effortlessly. The kitchen area also features an additional dining table that can comfortably seat up to 7 guests, as well as a wine cooler.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a Queen-sized bed (1,60m x 2,00), a self-controlled A/C, a 32" TV, and direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed, a self-controlled A/C, a 32" TV, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and direct access to the outdoor area.

First Floor

The first floor is split between 2 halves, each featuring an ensuite bedroom.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a self-controlled A/C, a 32" TV, an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower, and a private balcony to admire the neverending views that stretch before you.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a self-controlled A/C, a 32" TV, an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower, and a private balcony.

Lower Floor

Descending to the lower floor, you will find two bedrooms, a laundry room, a sauna, and a fitness area.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features two single (0,90 x 2,00), which can be formed into a Queen size bed, upon request.  This bedroom also provides a comfortable and relaxing area, with built-in sofa seating and a coffee table with chairs.

Bedroom 6: This bedroom features two single (0,90 x 2,00), which can be formed into a Queen-size bed, upon request.  This bedroom also provides a comfortable and relaxing area, with built-in sofa seating and direct access to the pool area. 

This floor also features a laundry room, with a washer and dryer.

Finally, on this floor, you'll find the villa's sauna, ideal for relaxation and let the stress melt away. Additionally, we offer a well-equipped gym area where you can maintain your fitness routine with amenities such as a treadmill, free weights, and TRX equipment.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area spans 2,350sqm and wraps around the villa incorporating a long swimming pool, gardens, and comfortable outdoor sitting areas.

More specifically, the outdoor facilities include:

- A 115 m2 (25m x 4.5m) private swimming pool stretches across the width of the house, it’s aqua shimmer invites you in. It provides a sloped access and graduated depth from 0,60 - 1,60m. The pool can be heated upon prior request, with an extra charge.

- A hydromassage area of the pool is separated from the main pool by a wooden bridge. With a depth of 0,90 and an internal seating area, you can enjoy some relaxing massage therapy.

- Sunbeds with mattresses provide poolside comfort while umbrellas and a pergola create shade.

- A built-in outdoor seating area under a pergola is sure to be a firm base for poolside drinks during the day or evening.

- The gas barbecue encourages al fresco grilling and with a seating area next to it, your company is bound to join you.

- Relax at the outdoor dining table, seating up to 12 guests.

- Playground area

- A garden encompasses the house, with a lawned area poolside and a gravel garden with local plants at the rear.

- Private parking is provided within the villa grounds, with space for a number of cars.
