Welcome to Tree Life Residence, a villa located above the coastal town of Rethymno. The property offers views of the surrounding greenery and the sea. Its location combines easy access to the beach and town center with a more relaxed environment.

The villa includes 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests.  The 300 m² property extends over two levels, covering the ground and first floor of a two-storey building. The owner resides on the second floor.

Ground Floor

Upon entering, there is an open-plan living and kitchen area with direct access to the pool terrace and BBQ area. The living space includes a corner sofa, air conditioning, and a 43’’ smart TV. The kitchen is arranged along one wall and is fully equipped for self-catering. Next to it is an indoor dining table seating up to 6 guests. The ground floor includes three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, 32’’ smart TVs, wardrobes, and vanities. The first bedroom has two single beds and direct outdoor access. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and direct outdoor access. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed and direct access to the BBQ area. A WC and a utility room with a washer and dryer are also located on the ground floor.

First Floor

The first floor includes an additional seating area, a second kitchen, and three more bedrooms.

The seating area has a corner sofa, air conditioning, and a 65’’ smart TV. A PlayStation 5, board games, and a Bluetooth speaker are also available. Next to the seating area is a fully equipped second kitchen with a round breakfast table for 4 and an additional dining table for 6. The kitchen opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture. A larger second balcony includes a seating area and a dining table for 6, with views of the pool terrace and the surrounding area. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, while the fifth and sixth bedrooms have queen-size beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, 32’’ smart TVs, and wardrobes. The first floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a separate WC, and basic exercise equipment. 

Outdoor Area

The exterior of Tree Life Residence sprawls across an expansive 800m2, and it was thoughtfully designed to cater to your every need, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience for the whole family. Providing a plethora of amenities and facilities that include:

-  A 50 sq.m. swimming pool, reaching a depth of 1.40m, featuring step access and a built-in seating area with hydro massage. 

- For your little ones, a separate 0.50m deep compartment offers safe and enjoyable splashing. Upon request, the pool can be heated for the entirety of your stay, with an additional daily charge.

- Surrounding the pool, comfortable sun beds, 2 chaise longues, side tables, umbrellas, and a hanging egg chair. A poolside shower is also available.

- Gas BBQ facilities, complete with a small fridge and outdoor sink

- A long, wooden outdoor table accommodating up to 14 guests.

- A seating area, offering a comfortable corner sofa and a coffee table.

- The lawn area in front of the pool provides additional outdoor space, and a playground for younger guests is located on the artificial grass under a tree. The playground features a small picnic table, swings, a wooden climbing structure with a slide, and an exciting trampoline.

- Parking space for 3 cars inside the Villa premises.

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests.
