Layout 

Ground Floor 

The primary living areas of the villa are centralized on the ground floor, where an open-plan layout seamlessly connects each room. 

The living room features two white sofas, coffee tables, and a 65’’ Smart TV, offering direct access to the pool terrace. Adjacent to the lounge, the indoor dining area comfortably seats twelve guests, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a self-catered holiday. It includes state-of-the-art built-in appliances and a breakfast counter with integrated hobs, ideal for casual meals or morning coffee.

Each bedroom is equipped with self-controlled air conditioning and a personal safe deposit box, while all bathrooms are stocked with premium Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and hairdryers, ensuring every guest enjoys a touch of luxury and complete comfort.

Second Floor 

The master bedroom occupies the entire second floor (accessible only by stairs) and features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Lower Floor

At the heart of the lower floor is a 25 m² indoor pool (0.80–1.20 meters deep) with built-in hydromassage and easy step access. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional daily charge. Around it, four loungers and a seating area provide the perfect spot to relax after a swim. Adjacent to the pool, a home cinema room features a 75” Smart TV with surround sound, comfortable sofas, a Blu-ray player, board games, a PS5, and two portable Crystal Audio Bluetooth speakers for a full entertainment experience.

For those who enjoy games or friendly competition, a pool table is available, while the fully equipped gym offers an elliptical machine, abs bench, rowing machine, multi-functional apparatus, mats, dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension trainers, and a 65” Smart TV to keep workouts engaging. - Ecological saltwater swimming pool, 1.40 meters deep, with step access and a special children’s pool compartment at 0.50 meters deep. The pool uses saltwater electrolysis and is surrounded by eight sunbeds, two loungers, side tables, a round daybed, two recliners, a gazebo, a poolside shower, and seven umbrellas.

- An outdoor WC and additional poolside shower are also available for convenience.

- Unwind at the 3-seater hot tub next to the pool.

- For those looking to stay active, a private tennis court is available, and six bicycles, three for adults and three for children, allow guests to explore the surrounding area.
