Step into the villa and be welcomed by a grand, open-concept living and kitchen area with soaring, high ceilings that elevate the sense of space, along with two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The living room features two sofas, a 65” Smart TV, an LG Bluetooth speaker with a DJ set, and a PlayStation 5—offering top-tier entertainment during your stay. At the heart of the space, a striking dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests, while floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the area in natural light, creating a seamless indoor and outdoor experience. 

The fully equipped kitchen features premium BOSCH appliances, a wine cooler, and all the essentials for a seamless self-catered stay.  A half bathroom and a WHIRLPOOL washer and dryer add convenience to the ground-floor amenities. All bedrooms feature the signature “VITTORE DI CONTI” self-care products, plush robes and slippers, and electric kettles with tea and coffee, to ensure a comfortable experience.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage tub as well as a standup shower. This bedroom also features a safe deposit box,  an open closet, a 50” Smart TCL TV, a sofa bed for the 9th guest, blackout curtains, mosquito nets, a mini fridge, and direct access to the outdoor area. 

The second bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a safe deposit box,  an open closet, a 43” Smart TCL TV, blackout curtains, mosquito nets, a mini fridge, and direct access to the pool area. 

First Floor 

Ascending the beautifully designed wooden staircase, you will find the two remaining bedrooms. 

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage tub as well as a standup shower. This bedroom also features a safe deposit box,  an open closet, a 50” Smart TCL TV, a sofa bed for the 10th guest, blackout curtains, mosquito nets, and a mini fridge. Step out onto your private balcony to soak in the scenery.

The fourth bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a safe deposit box,  an open closet, a 43” Smart TCL TV, blackout curtains, mosquito nets, and a mini fridge. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.

Outdoor area

The outdoor area of Versante Rousso offers many facilities, including:

- A private, 25m. long swimming pool, (175 sq.m) 1.5 m deep with step access. 

- Adjacent to the pool is a 6-seat jacuzzi for the ultimate relaxation. 

- The pool area is equipped with 3 double-sized daybeds, 3 sun beds, a poolside shower, and 4 umbrellas

- Fully equipped BROIL KING gas BBQ with two gas hobs, a sink, a refrigerator, and ample counter space. Adjacent to this space is a large marble-designed bar with 6 stools.

- Οutdoor dining area for 10 guests under a shaded pergola.
