Ground Floor

On the ground level, guests will find two bedrooms and the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. One of the bedrooms features a king-size bed (1,80m x 2,00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also features a 32’’ TV, a self-controlled A/C and direct access to the backyard. The second bedroom offers a double bed (1,70m x 2,00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also features a double-sized sofa bed, accommodating two guests, a 43” TV, and a self-controlled A/C. 

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find the open-plan living and kitchen space. The living room features a 55’’ Smart TV with Netflix, PlayStation 5, Bluetooth speaker and comfy corner sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with branded quality appliances and an adjacent indoor dining table for 8, inviting you to share a homemade meal with your loved ones. Large glass doors provide access to a spacious veranda overlooking the pool, sea and surrounding area

This floor also hosts the third bedroom featuring a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a self-controlled A/C, 32’’ TV and views to the pool and sea, along with a separate WC with a shower handle next to it.

Second Floor

Ascending a few more steps, you will find the master bedroom. This bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom with a double shower cabin and double sinks. It also features a 43’’ Smart TV and a walk-in closet. The bedroom and bathroom both lead to a private veranda equipped with bean bag loungers and panoramic sea views.

Outdoor area

The exterior space of Tholaria Villa covers 2 acres and offers many facilities, including:

- A private, 70 sq.m. heated swimming pool, 1,50 m deep with step access. The pool terrace is equipped with 4 double day beds and 2 umbrellas, so you can enjoy sunbathing in comfort. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge, upon request.

- Veranda on the first floor with an outdoor dining area under a pergola and a hanging egg chair.

- A fully equipped outdoor BBQ area under a shaded pergola, complete with a gas BBQ, gas stove, fridge, spacious dining table, and a 75" TV.

- Lawn-covered area and ample space for the kids to play at the rear part of the Villa
