Perfectly nestled among olive groves in the picturesque village of Margarites, Villa Sunrise is a four-bedroom villa designed to comfortably host up to eight guests. Blending contemporary comforts with its serene natural surroundings, the villa showcases striking natural rock accents throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From its vibrant setting, guests can take in sweeping views of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding mountains, a truly unforgettable backdrop for a relaxing escape.

Layout 

Stepping into the villa, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen space. The living room features a sofa, a 55” Smart TV, a PS5, and an LG soundbar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, ensuring a self-catered holiday. This space also features a washer. 

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60mx2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a 32” TV, a vanity with a mirror, a ceiling fan, a self-controlled A/C, window screens, blackout curtains, and direct access to the pool area. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60mx2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a 32” TV, a vanity with a mirror, a safe, a ceiling fan, a self-controlled A/C, window screens, blackout curtains, and direct access to the pool area. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features two twin-size beds(0.90mx2.00m) that can be joined together to form a king upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, a 32” TV, a vanity with a mirror, a ceiling fan, a self-controlled A/C, window screens, blackout curtains, and direct access to the pool area. 

Attic 

Ascending to the attic, you will find the fourth bedroom with a low-vaulted ceiling. This bedroom features two twin-size beds(0.90mx2.00m) that can be joined together to form a king upon request. It also features a 43” Smart TV, a vanity with a mirror, a closet, blackout curtains, and a balcony with seating and captivating views. 

Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Sunrise  covers 800 m2 and offers many facilities, including:

- A private, 45 sq. m. swimming pool, with a waterfall setting, 1.4 m deep with step access. 

- The pool area is equipped with 6 sun beds, one gazebo, one poof, a poolside shower, and 3 umbrellas

- BBQ area featuring a NATTERA gas BBQ grill, a sink, a 43” TV, under a shaded pergola. 

- Οutdoor dining  area for 8 guests under a shaded pergola

- Οutdoor sitting area

- Garden, and a lawn covered area for kids to play

- Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises.

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.
