Layout

Ground Floor 

As you step into the villa, you’re greeted by an open-plan living and kitchen area, where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and offer stunning sea views. The living room is equipped with a 45” Smart TV and a comfortable sofa, while the kitchen is fully equipped with premium BOSCH appliances and includes a washing machine, to ensure a seamless and self-catered stay. A dining table with seating up to four guests provides an ideal setting for casual dining.  The open-plan living area offers direct access to the pool.

Down the hallway, you'll discover the first bedroom, which features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m). The room features an open closet, self-controlled A/C, direct access to the pool area, and sea views. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you'll find the second bedroom. This bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) which can be converted into two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m), upon request. It also features, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an open closet, and a self-controlled A/C.

This floor also features a large balcony with comfortable seating. Step outside to be captivated by the sweeping sea views.

Also, the villa offers fan coil units as the primary source of heating for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Rokkea  covers 150 m2 and offers many facilities including:

- A private, 21 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep, with step-access. The pool also features a children’s section, 0.5m deep, for your little ones to enjoy. 

- The pool area is equipped with 4 sun beds, a poolside shower and 2 umbrellas

- Οutdoor dining  area under a shaded pergola

- Parking space for up to 2 cars inside the villa premises.
