Layout 

Step into a bright and inviting open-plan living and kitchen area that flows seamlessly to the poolside terrace accompanied by breathtaking views of the sea. The living room features two comfortable sofas, a 55” Smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances, ensuring a smooth, self-catered holiday experience. Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining table comfortably seats up to 11 guests. This area also includes a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, along with a BOSCH washer and dryer for added convenience.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features an open closet, a 43” TV, black-out curtains, window nets, self-controlled A/C, a safe, and direct outdoor access. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features an open closet, a 43” TV, black-out curtains, window nets, self-controlled A/C, a safe, and direct outdoor access. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features an open closet, a 43” TV, black-out curtains, window nets, self-controlled A/C, a safe, and a window.

Studio Apartment

The fully self-contained studio offers a private entrance, ideal for added independence within your group. It features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The studio is also equipped with its own kitchen, including a stovetop, mini oven, mini fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and espresso machine. Additional amenities include a 43” TV, an open closet with a safe deposit box, blackout curtains, window nets, self-controlled A/C, and direct outdoor access.

Outdoor area

The outdoor area of Rodakino Mare spans 180sqm and offers many facilities, including: 

- A private, 40 sq.m. heated swimming pool, utilizing salt water electrolysis, with 1.5 m deep and step access. The pool also features a hydromassage setting and a children's section with a depth of 0.40 m. 

The pool can also be heated for an additional daily charge.

- BBQ facilities with BEEFEATER Gas grill, 2 gas hobs, a sink, a refrigerator, ample counter, and storage space.
