The fully self-contained studio offers a private entrance, ideal for added independence within your group. It features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The studio is also equipped with its own kitchen, including a stovetop, mini oven, mini fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and espresso machine. Additional amenities include a 43” TV, an open closet with a safe deposit box, blackout curtains, window nets, self-controlled A/C, and direct outdoor access.

Outdoor area

The outdoor area of Rodakino Mare spans 180sqm and offers many facilities, including: 

- A private, 40 sq.m. heated swimming pool, utilizing salt water electrolysis, with 1.5 m deep and step access. The pool also features a children's section with a depth of 0.40m. 

The pool can also be heated for an additional daily charge.
