The essence of Pure Sea comes alive in its breathtaking 240-degree uninterrupted views, the deep blue horizon, the whitewashed village and twinkling lights of Agios Nikolaos, and the soothing rhythm of waves breaking below. 

Two swimming pools crafted with exclusive Rajasthan marble mirror the shifting colors of the sea throughout the day, creating a seamless, almost dreamlike infinity effect. Scattered seating areas at varying levels along the coastline invite you to pause, breathe, and take in a panorama that changes with every hour.

The 400m² exterior of Pure C Estate is centered around two private pools. The first, a 25-meter infinity masterpiece filled with gently salted water, is designed both for relaxation and for swimming laps.
