Villa Argento is a two-story, recently renovated property, covering 120 sq. m. in total. This three-bedroom Villa is decorated in a contemporary design, providing all modern amenities for a self-catered holiday, and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in beds and up to 7 if required.

Layout

Ground Floor

Entering the ground floor of Villa Argento you will meet an open plan area consisting of the living room and the kitchen. The living area features a comfortable corner sofa and coffee table, a 48’’ Smart TV with Netflix and Playstation 4. Next to it, the kitchen is fully equipped with branded appliances, making the process of preparing your homemade meals as easy as possible. A breakfast counter and indoor dining table are also available and the room offers direct access to the veranda, BBQ facilities, and pool. A WC can also be found on this level.

The Master bedroom can be found on the ground floor which offers a Queen-size bed (1,60 X 2,00), an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower, A/C, an open wardrobe, 32” Smart TV, and patio doors which open onto a veranda with sea views. 

First Floor

Reaching the first floor through the wooden staircase, guests will find the two bedrooms of the Villa. 

Both the second and third bedrooms offer a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00). The second bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with a 32” Smart TV, a closet, and have access to a balcony. Additionally, this floor includes a bathroom with a bathtub, a rain shower, a washing machine, and a small veranda with patio furniture.

Outdoor Area

A private path from the main road leads you to the 400 m2 outdoor area of Villa Argento, where you will enjoy spending most of your time! The outdoor space is fenced and enjoys amazing views of the Cretan sea, Fortezza fortress, and the town of Rethymno. Also, the pool terrace offers a variety of facilities, including:


- A private, 32 sq. m. swimming pool (0,60 - 1,60 m. deep). The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice).

- Outdoor shower

- Fully equipped, shaded, charcoal barbecue facilities and outdoor sink

- Shaded outdoor dining area under a pergola

- Lawn-covered areas ideal for kids to play with the slide and the swing are available at the villa.

- A ping pong table for friendly competitions.

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, hammock, and a gazebo) for relaxation by the pool. An outdoor shower is also available

- Veranda with outdoor living room and a sitting area 

- Parking space for 2 cars
