Villa Panorama is located next to the village of Sternes and just a five-minute drive from the well-known sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. Set on a hillside, the villa enjoys breathtaking views over Souda Bay and a calm, elevated setting, ideal for a relaxed Cretan getaway.

The 230 sq. m. villa is arranged over two storeys, with each floor being fully independent and featuring its own private entrance, a layout that is particularly convenient for extended families or groups seeking both shared time and personal space. Villa Panorama comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, with the option to host up to 14 guests if needed.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features an open-plan living area with two sofas, a 55” HDTV, an audio system, air conditioning, and a football table. Adjacent to this space, the fully equipped kitchen and a round dining table seating five guests. Wide windows throughout the floor provide sea views and views of the surrounding area, allowing plenty of natural light. 

Two bedrooms are located on this level. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and offers direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.80 x 2.00 m) that can be joined to form a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) upon request. A shared bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine is also available on this floor.

First Floor

The first floor opens into a spacious and bright open-plan area that includes an additional living room, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, all with direct access to a large veranda. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a 65” HDTV with PlayStation 5, and a fireplace. Adjacent to the living area is a dining table seating up to 14 guests, which connects directly to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catered stays and includes a breakfast counter seating four.

Large windows throughout the space allow plenty of natural light and offer sea views. The first-floor veranda is furnished with an outdoor seating area and a ping pong table, overlooks the pool area, and is connected to the pool terrace via an external staircase.

The remaining three bedrooms of Villa Panorama are also located on this level. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Two of these bedrooms are additionally equipped with fold-out stools that can accommodate one extra guest each. A family bathroom with a shower and a second washing machine is also available on this floor.

Outdoor Area

The whole outdoor area of Villa Panorama is complemented by the stunning sea views, allowing you to unwind in peace. The outdoor facilities specifically include:

- A 33 sq.m. private swimming pool, 1,30-1,45 m. deep with step access, that can also be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay (please note that the pool heating requires at least one week’s advance notice). The pool terrace is equipped with 12 sun beds, 4 umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a lovely hammock, a garden swing, as well as several seating spots, including sofas and armchairs.

- Spacious lawn covered areas around the pool are ideal for the kids to play and also for adults to relax. A meditation and relaxation spot offers yoga equipment, as well as a massage table, so you can keep your body and mind active. Massages can be arranged upon request with an additional charge.

- A sports field will keep you on your toes, offering football nets and a basketball hoop. Don’t miss the chance to challenge your loved ones in a friendly game!

- A cosy cinema spot is also available at the garden, featuring a 75’’ TV and seating area with floor cushions and a sofa.

-Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with outdoor sink and small fridge are available under a pergola, above the pool, also offering a table for 8, perfect for al fresco dining. Two more dining/seating areas are also available outdoors.

-Parking space for 2-3 cars is available within the Villa premises.

-The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a gated entrance
