Villa Panorama is located next to the village of Sternes and just a five-minute drive from the well-known sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. Set on a hillside, the villa enjoys breathtaking views over Souda Bay and a calm, elevated setting, ideal for a relaxed Cretan getaway. The 230 sq. m. villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, with the option to host up to 14 guests if needed.

First Floor

The first floor opens into a spacious and bright open-plan area that includes an additional living room, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, all with direct access to a large veranda. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a 65” HDTV. Adjacent to the living area is a dining table seating up to 14 guests, which connects directly to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catered stays and includes a breakfast counter seating four.

Large windows throughout the space allow plenty of natural light and offer sea views. The first-floor veranda is furnished with an outdoor seating area, overlooking the pool, and is connected via an external staircase.

Two bedrooms are located on this level, along with a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Bedroom 1:  This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.80m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a Queen, upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a fold-out stool (0.80m x 2.00m) accommodating the 11th guest. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a fold-out stool (0.80 x 2.00m), accommodating the 12th guest, a vanity, a closet, and a balcony. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also includes an open closet with a safe deposit box and a vanity. 

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a playroom with sofas, a 55” TCL TV, an XBOOM Bluetooth Speaker with a microphone, board games, and a football table.  Wide windows throughout the floor provide sea views and views of the surrounding area, allowing plenty of natural light. 

The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on this level, along with a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, a washer, and a dryer. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a vanity, a closet, a fold-out stool (0.80 x 2.00m), accommodating the 13th guest, and direct access to the pool area. 

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features two twin beds (0.80m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a Queen-size bed, upon request, and a single sofa measuring 0.77m x 2.00m, accommodating the 14th guest. 

Outdoor Area

The whole outdoor area of Villa Panorama is complemented by the stunning sea views, allowing you to unwind in peace. The outdoor facilities specifically include:

- The 50 m² swimming pool area offers stunning views of Souda Bay and is equipped with sun loungers, poolside tables, and umbrellas. The spacious terrace features 10 sun loungers, 4 Vondom sun loungers, a hammock, and an outdoor shower, creating the perfect space for relaxation.

- Spacious lawn covered areas around the pool are ideal for the kids to play and also for adults to relax. A meditation and relaxation spot offers yoga equipment, as well as a massage table, so you can keep your body and mind active. Massages can be arranged upon request with an additional charge.

- A sports field will keep you on your toes, offering football nets, a ping pong table, and a basketball hoop. 

- A cosy cinema spot is also available under a pergola, featuring a 75’’ TV and seating area.

-Fully equipped gas barbecue facilities with outdoor sink, wine fridge, and small fridge are available under a pergola, above the pool, also offering a table for 8, perfect for al fresco dining. Two more dining/seating areas are also available outdoors.

-Parking space for 2-3 cars is available within the Villa premises.

-The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a gated entrance
