Ground Floor

The Ground Floor features an open-plan living and kitchen area. The room is cozy, with an open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and PlayStation 3, while also providing direct access to the pool terrace. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen, of top quality fixtures and appliances offers everything you need for a self-catered holiday.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a double bed (1,60 x2,00), a self-controlled A/C, a TV, and a private balcony, to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a 1,50 x 2,00 bed, a self-controlled A/C, and a TV. 

A bathroom with a shower cabin and hydromassage column can also be found on the first floor.

Lower Floor 

On the lower floor, a spacious bedroom provides two single beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can be joined together to form a large double bed if required, a sofa bed, a boudoir, and a TV. This bedroom also provides direct outdoor access to the backyard, where guests can find a sitting area and a ping pong table. Finally, a bathroom with a bathtub is available on this level.

Outdoor area

From the outdoor area of Villa Althaea guests can enjoy spectacular sea and mountain views from all around. Here you will feel comfortable, like being at your own home. In the garden, cypresses, jasmines, rosemaries, lavenders, laurels, althaeas, roses, and other local cretan flowers and herbs create an idyllic scenery for relaxation all year round and surround the Villa. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features:

- A 30 m2, private swimming pool (1,00-1,60 m deep). The pool terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower, and sun beds, as well as an outdoor, comfortable sitting area. The pool can be heated upon prior request, with an extra charge.  

- Charcoal BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining table under a shaded area.

- Private, shaded parking space.
