While situated in a secluded setting, Delfini Villa also benefits from its convenient proximity to all amenities, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable summer vacation within hand’s reach. Spread across two levels, Delfini Villa features five bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to ten guests, or twelve if necessary. 

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area combining the living room, kitchen, and dining space. The living room is equipped with an open fireplace, a 55" HDTV with Netflix, a sound system, a Bluetooth speaker, a working desk, a PlayStation 4, and a selection of games. Adjacent to this area is an indoor dining table accommodating up to 10 guests.

Large windows and doors provide direct access to the pool terrace and the rear garden, while offering sea views. Three steps higher, the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and an island counter.

A corridor from the hallway leads to three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can be set up as two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a self-controlled A/C,  a walk-in closet with a safe deposit box, and a 32’’ HDTV. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can be set up as two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request.  It also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, which can be shared with the third bedroom, locking on both sides, a self-controlled A/C, and a 32’’ HDTV.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can be set up as two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, which can be shared with the second bedroom, locking on both sides, a self-controlled A/C, and a 32’’ HDTV. 

Lower level

The lower level includes a second kitchen equipped with a washer and dryer, a wine cellar, and a double sofa bed suitable for the 11th and 12th guests. A price list for the wine selection is available in the villa. This level also features a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can be set up as two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features a floor-to-ceiling closet with a full-length mirror, a 32” HDTV, and direct access to the garden. 

Bedroom 5: The master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower including a hydromassage column and a bathtub. It also includes a sofa, a 42” HDTV, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the garden. 

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of Delfini Villa offers amazing, panoramic views of the sea and mountains, and also includes:

-55 m2 private heated swimming pool (1,40 m deep) equipped with umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The pool is ecological, and it can also be heated upon request, with an additional charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice).

-Sunbeds, daybeds, and seating area ideal for relaxation and sunbathing
