Elea Villas Aspro Estate is located in Apokoronos county, to the east of the city of Chania. It overlooks the Cretan Sea to the north and gazes at the White Mountains to the east as it stands close to beautiful beaches and genuinely traditional villages.
The estate consists of two neighboring, independent villas, Villa Aspro and Villa Blanche, both featuring an identical layout and design. Each villa offers five bedrooms, and when rented together, the estate can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests across 10 bedrooms, making it an excellent choice for large families, groups of friends, or special gatherings. While fully self-contained, the two villas are seamlessly connected through their outdoor areas, allowing guests to enjoy shared spaces while maintaining complete independence and privacy.
Layout
Ground Floor
Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area that includes a comfortable living room with a large sofa, fireplace, and 42” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with high-quality fixtures and appliances, including a wine cooler. The living area opens directly onto the outdoor terrace and pool area, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor living experience.
Along the ground-floor corridor, there is a guest WC, as well as a bedroom featuring a double bed, 32” satellite HDTV, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom also offers direct access to the outdoor area.
First Floor
The first floor is reached via a staircase and features a hall with a bathroom with a shower. This level hosts two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Attic
The staircase continues up to the loft level, where two additional bedrooms are located, both equipped with two single beds joined together.
Outdoor Area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area, surrounded by various trees and flowers, offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically, your outdoor facilities include:
- 32 sq. m ecological swimming pool. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, upon request (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice).
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue
- Outdoor dining table
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, and chairs) for relaxing in the terrace and the gardens around the villa
- Parking space
-The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.
