Main House

The ground floor features an open-plan layout comprising a living area with a large sofa, 40” satellite HDTV, air conditioning, an indoor dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality fixtures and appliances. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows connect the living area to the outdoor veranda, which includes a dining table and provides direct access to the pool area.

The first floor includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, air conditioning, wardrobes, and direct access to the backyard. The main bedroom also includes a 32” HDTV. Both bathrooms feature showers, and one is equipped with a washing machine.

Independent Studio

The independent studio has a private external entrance and can function as a fully self-contained unit, offering increased privacy. It includes an open-plan living area with a sofa, 32” HDTV, dining table, and a compact kitchen. The studio also features a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area, surrounded by various trees and flowers, offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically, our outdoor facilities include:

- 35 sq. m infinity swimming pool with panoramic sea & mountain views

- Sun beds, poolside tables, and umbrellas next to the swimming pool

- Ramp available from the house to the pool area to facilitate any guests with mobility restrictions
