Villa Rossa is a renovated historic property, comprising two buildings with a total of 120 sq. m., located in the charming village of Archontiki. Its outdoor space spans 500 sq. m. and features a pool, playground, barbecue, and al fresco dining areas, all offering stunning views of the surrounding natural landscape.

Centrally located in the Rethymno prefecture, Villa Rossa provides easy access to the north coast, the sandy beach of Episkopi, and the famous Argyroupolis Springs, while Rethymno town center is just a short drive away. This three-bedroom villa is fully equipped for a self-catered holiday and can comfortably accommodate six guests in beds, with space for a seventh if needed.

Main Building

Upon entering Villa Rossa, you are welcomed into a spacious, air-conditioned open-plan living area that combines the living room and kitchen. The living room features a large sofa, a 50” HDTV with Netflix, and a Bluetooth speaker for your entertainment. Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen includes branded appliances and all the essentials needed for a self-catered holiday.

Also on this level is an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a closet, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Above, the open-air loft of the main building overlooks the living and kitchen area and features another queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), air conditioning, and ample closet space.

Independent Studio 

The air-conditioned studio features a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also includes a closet, a 32” TV with Netflix, and a mini fridge. Guests can enjoy direct access to the pool area. 

Outdoor Area

The outdoor facilities include:

- 50 m2 private swimming pool with a children’s section (0,55 - 1,50 m deep)

- Barbecue area with a sink

- Shaded outdoor dining area with a barbecue for 8 guests

- Outdoor shower, sun beds, and umbrellas by the pool area

- Lawn-covered children’s play area

- The outdoor area is fenced, offering privacy to our guests.

- Plenty of street parking spaces in front of the villa for car parking.
