Ground Floor

Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan area that combines a comfortable sitting area with an indoor dining space. This inviting area flows seamlessly into the main living room, which features a cosy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with modern appliances and fixtures. The kitchen also includes a dining table, perfect for casual meals, while the living room opens directly onto the main veranda, where an outdoor dining table offers the ideal spot for alfresco dining.

The ground floor accommodates two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a hydromassage bathtub, while the second bedroom also features a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe. Both rooms have private balconies overlooking the garden and the surrounding landscape.

A separate bathroom with a shower serves the floor, and additional practical amenities include a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a storage room for convenience.

First Floor

The first floor can be accessed either via an indoor staircase or through its own private entrance from the outdoor area, leading to a fully independent studio. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a hall featuring a functional office space and a compact kitchenette equipped with a fridge/freezer, two hobs, a sink, and a microwave/oven. Adjacent to the kitchenette is the living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a 32” HDTV. The living space opens directly onto a spacious veranda, complete with sunbeds and a cosy sitting area, perfect for relaxation or entertaining.

A staircase from the living room leads up to the attic bedroom, which features a king-size bed. The studio also includes a bathroom with a hydromassage shower cabin. For added convenience, the studio provides direct access to the pool area.

Outdoor Area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers the following facilities:

- A private, 50 sq.m. swimming pool with ladder access. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice.

- A variety of furnished spots at the pool terrace, including 6 sun beds, side tables and umbrellas, are also available. 

- Charcoal, as well as gas barbecue grills, are available so you can prepare your meals at ease.

- An al fresco dining area next to the pool.

- A picnic table and a hammock are also available in the garden.

- 2 bikes for adults, so you can explore the nearby area.

- Beautiful gardens with fragrant flowers, vegetables and fruit trees such as orange, tangerine, banana, pomegranate and lemon.

- Parking space inside the villa premises.

The owner of the Villa lives on the grounds, and they will be available for anything you may need during your stay, but also respect your privacy. The pool is used exclusively by the guests.
