Upon entering the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen area along with the first bedroom. The living room features a corner sofa, two armchairs,  a 50” satellite HDTV, a pool table, and a PlayStation 5. Adjacent, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality fixtures and appliances, along with a dining table seating up to 14 guests. The ground floor opens to a veranda with a sitting area, which also leads you to the pool, hot tub, and the garden area. Additionally, a half bathroom is also found on the same floor. 

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a self-controlled A/C, TV, a vanity, and direct access to the pool area. 

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find an additional seating area, along with a dedicated office space with a desk and the remaining six bedrooms. This area also has direct access to a spacious balcony with a sitting area, which offers magnificent panoramic views.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a double-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a self-controlled A/C, TV, a vanity, and direct access to the balcony, with panoramic views. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a self-controlled A/C, TV, a vanity, and direct access to the balcony, with panoramic views. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features two twin-size beds, which can be joined together upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a self-controlled A/C, a TV, and a vanity.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features a double-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a self-controlled A/C, TV, and a vanity.

Lower Floor

A staircase from the ground-floor living area leads to the lower level, where guests will find a dedicated laundry area equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an impressive 70 sq. m. gym. The gym is fully equipped with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, parallel bars, an Olympic bench press, five yoga mats, and a multifunctional fitness station. A sauna and a WC are also located on this floor, completing a well-designed space focused on wellness and convenience.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area is surrounded by an abundance of flowers and mature trees, offering a variety of spaces designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Fully private and entirely fenced, the grounds ensure complete privacy for all guests. More specifically, our outdoor facilities include:

- 70 sq. m swimming pool. The pool can also be heated with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice).
