Sinatsakis Villas is a charming holiday complex comprising three separate and autonomous villas, each one with its own private swimming pool: Villa Anna, Villa Maria, and Villa Ioanna, located side by side. Settled in Pigi village, close to Rethymno, the Villas are only 2 km away from its long sandy beach and just 500 metres away from the village centre, where you can find several shops, such as a bakery, tavernas, pharmacy, mini market and butcher. The location combines the peacefulness of the nature with easy access to the lively areas such as Adelianos Kampos, Pigianos Kampos, Platanias and Rethymno old town, making Sinatsakis Villas a perfect holiday destination for couples or families with young children.
Villa Anna is a two-storey, one bedroom Villa, covering 75 m² and can accommodate 3 guests in beds and up to 5 if necessary. The Villa is furnished in a minimal and romantic style with all the modern amenities.
Indoor Layout
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area which consists of the siting area (the comfortable double sofa can accommodate 2 guests) with a 48” HDTV, as well as an office and provides access to a veranda. The fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures and indoor dining table, provides all essentials for a self catered holiday. From the kitchen area there is a direct access to the garden and pool area.
Reaching the first floor from the stairs, you can find the bedroom, featuring a double and a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as balcony access.
Outdoor Area
Outdoors there is an organised fenced area with relaxing environment surrounded by trees and flowers. More specifically the outdoor facilities of Villa Anna include:
-30 sq.m. private swimming pool equipped with sun beds and umbrellas
-Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with and an outdoor sink
-Outdoor dining area for al fresco dining
-Lawn covered area for the kids to play, next to the pool
