The villa's owner owns a beach bar and tavern on the beach, where our guests can enjoy free sunbeds and a complimentary first breakfast. After that, a delicious daily breakfast can be enjoyed there for just €10 per day.

Ground Floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, and a 48” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, a piano, an office space, and a half bathroom are found in the same space.
As you go through the corridor connected from the open plan area, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
First Floor
Reaching the first floor via a wooden staircase, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony under the pergola with a sitting area. A bathroom with a shower is also located on the same floor.
Outdoor Area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically, our outdoor facilities include:
- 40 sq. m swimming pool
- Fully equipped barbecue area
- An outdoor dining table under a pergola with views to the pool and the surrounding landscape
