Nestled in the seaside resort of Kavros, in the Chania region, Villa Pinelopi is the perfect coastal getaway. This charming stone-built villa is inspired by traditional Cretan style, while the interiors are equipped with modern amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay.
Located in a prime spot just 350 meters from the nearest sandy beach of Kavros, the two-story, 200 sq. m villa seamlessly blends its traditional stone-built facade with modern design, offering the utmost comfort to our guests. Additionally, the villa's owner owns a beach bar and tavern on the beach, where our guests can enjoy free sunbeds and a complimentary first breakfast. After that, a delicious daily breakfast can be enjoyed there for just €10 per day.
Indoor layout
Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace and a 48” satellite HDTV, indoor dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Additionally a piano, an office space and a toilet are found in the same area.
Then as you go through the corridor connected from the open plan area, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other one with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower.
Reaching the first floor via a wooden staircase, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other one with a double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony under the pergola with sitting area. A bathroom with shower is also located on the same floor.

Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- An outdoor dining table under a pergola with views to the pool and the surrounding landscape
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and chairs) for relaxing around the villa
