Ground Floor

Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan area combining a dining area, a split-level living room featuring a 55" HDTV and a fireplace, as well as a fully equipped, open plan kitchen. On the ground floor, you will also find two bedrooms. The master bedroom of the ground floor features a double bed (1,60 x 2,00) and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. This bedroom also offers an AC, a closet, an HDTV, and a private balcony with pool views.

The second bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can be joined together to form a King-size bed if necessary, and an en-suite WC. This bedroom also offers AC, a closet, HDTV, and a private balcony with garden views. Finally, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine can be found on the same level.

First Floor

From a separate entrance, you can reach the first floor of the villa, where you will find three bedrooms and a kitchen with a small dining area. The kitchen offers access to a spacious 80 sq. m. veranda, equipped with seating and two dining areas and a barbecue, while offering wonderful sea and mountain views.

The first floor contains three bedrooms. The second master bedroom features a double bed (1,65 x 2,00) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom also offers an AC, a closet, an HDTV, and a private balcony with a view of the pool area. 

The third bedroom features a double bed (1,50 x 2,00), AC, a closet, and a balcony with nature views overlooking the pool.
