Ascending the first floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms:

The second bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 32” TV, A/C, wardrobe, safe deposit box, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also opens onto a private balcony offering magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.

Heading to the third bedroom, you’ll find a small kitchenette equipped with two electric hobs, a fridge, and a sink. It has a separate door, allowing it to be isolated from the second bedroom & fully integrated with the third bedroom. Adjacent to the kitchenette is the bathroom, with a shower and a washing machine. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a 32” TV, A/C, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, and a private balcony with stunning views of the surroundings, providing both comfort and privacy.

Studio

Adjacent to the main house’s entrance, you’ll find a separate, autonomous 35 sq.m. studio. This self-contained space features a bedroom furnished with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a 32” TV, A/C, a wardrobe, and a balcony with a seating area and sea view. A well-appointed kitchenette includes two electric hobs, a sink, a fridge, and a microwave, along with a dining table for two, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. Finally, the studio offers its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The extra 2 guests can sleep in folding beds that can be located in bedrooms 2 & 3
