Welcome to Villa Joanna, a tranquil oasis in the suburbs of Rethymno. Our villa is peacefully nestled in the gently rolling countryside. Built on a private, 2.000 sq.m. plot, the villa is surrounded by expansive, beautifully landscaped low-walled gardens with flower beds and palm trees, creating a serene and pleasant atmosphere.

Ground floor

Located on the ground floor of the main house, you'll find a spacious living room that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. This inviting space is equipped with a 65’ smart TV, a PlayStation 4, and A/C for your entertainment and comfort and offers access to a veranda equipped with a seating area. Adjacent to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dining area that seats 8 people. Additionally, on this floor, there is a cozy bedroom featuring two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a clothes dryer, access to a balcony.

First floor

As you ascend the staircase, you'll find two additional bedrooms. Each one boasts a double and a single bed and is equipped with a/c, a wardrobe, safe deposit box, an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin for added convenience, and balconies that provide magnificent vistas of the surroundings. Notably, one of these bedrooms also features a crib, a convenient kitchenette with two electrical hobs, a fridge, and a sink and it can be separated from the other bedroom by an additional closing door, offering flexibility in accommodation options, while the other one has a washing machine in its bathroom.

Studio

Right next to the entrance of the main house, there is the entrance of a separate 35 sqm studio, built within the main house. The studio offers a kitchenette (2 electrical hobs, sink, fridge, microwave), a dining table for four people, two armchairs, a big wardrobe, a 5 sqm bathroom with shower cabin and a 15 sqm bedroom with 2 single beds, air-condition and a balcony.

Adjacent to the main house's entrance, you'll discover the separate, autonomous 35 sq.m. studio, where the last bedroom is located, furnished with two single beds, A/C, wardrobe and a balcony for enjoying the surrounding views. A well-appointed kitchenette complete with two electric hobs, a sink, a fridge, and a microwave,  as well as a dining table for four, ensure all your culinary needs are met, while two comfortable armchairs offer a relaxing space to unwind. Finally, the studio features its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor area

The meticulously landscaped outdoor area of Villa Joanna beckons with an array of amenities and serene retreats, including:

- A spacious 60 sq.m. private swimming pool, with the option of heating for your entire stay, requiring at least one week's advance notice and an additional daily charge.

- An adjacent shallow pool designed for children's enjoyment.

- A 4-seater hot tub for relaxation.

- The poolside terrace is complete with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas, a hammock, and an outdoor shower, ideal for unwinding in the villa's peaceful surroundings.

- Fully equipped barbecue facilities, including a charcoal grill and sink, along with an outdoor dining table nestled under the shade of trees and a charming pergola.

- Expansive lawn areas with outdoor toys and a ping pong table to delight our younger guests.

- Ample parking space within the villa premises to accommodate multiple cars.
