Black Pearl Villa features a generously sized open-plan living area, combining the living room and kitchen. The living room is spacious and airy, furnished with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and an HDTV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast counter and an indoor dining table for all guests. Large glass doors provide direct access from the living and dining areas to the pool.
This floor also has two bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms open to the outdoor area and are fully air-conditioned. Each bedroom is furnished with orthopedic mattresses for optimal comfort. A family bathroom with double sinks, a shower cabin, and a luxurious hydromassage feature completes the floor.
First Floor
The first floor is home to the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and stunning sea views. The ensuite bathroom includes a round hydromassage bathtub, double open showers, and a separate toilet room. The bedroom also has access to a private veranda overlooking the sea.
