Located in Prines village, just a short drive away from Rethymno Old town and its long sandy beach, Paradise Villa has a total of 335 sq. m., and it can accommodate 14 guests in its 7 bedrooms and up to 16 guests if necessary on sofabeds in the playroom.

Ground Floor

Entering through the main entrance, you’ll find five of the seven en-suite bedrooms, each with a Queen-size bed and access to a private balcony, as well as a storage room with a washing machine.

First Floor

The first floor features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a veranda, complete with a dining area for up to 16 guests, plus a guest WC.

Lower Floor

Downstairs, the lower floor offers two additional en-suite bedrooms with Queen-size beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, a gym, a playroom for your entertainment, and an extra bathroom.

Outdoor area

Furthermore, the outdoor area of Paradise Villa offers several amenities, including:

- A private 42 sqm swimming pool. The pool terrace features a covered lawn area equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, as well as a seating area and an outdoor shower.

- A 4-seater hot tub is also available next to the pool.

- Fully equipped barbecue facilities with a charcoal grill and an outdoor sink.

- Dining area for up to 16 guests under a shade
