Located on the outskirts of Agios Onoufrios in Chania, Orus Villa offers both sea and mountain views. Ideally situated with easy access to stunning beaches and local amenities, the villa has been thoughtfully crafted to deliver an unforgettable holiday experience. Designed to combine elegance with comfort, Orus Villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests or up to 11 if necessary, an elevator for seamless access to all floors, a striking L-shaped pool, and a fully equipped BBQ area.
Layout
Ground Floor
Step inside to a bright, open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features a plush sofa and a large 65” TV, while the fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances and a 4-seat island, makes self-catering both effortless and enjoyable. At the heart of the space sits a dining table for up to 10 guests, perfectly positioned beside floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking sea views.
Every area of the villa is fitted with LG self-controlled A/C units. Each bedroom includes blackout curtains and a 43” TV for your comfort. All bathrooms are stocked with ABEA products for a touch of self-care.
The first bedroom offers a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an open closet, and direct access to the pool area and sea views.
First Floor
Upstairs, a second lounge awaits, complete with a comfortable sofa and a 43” LG TV. This floor also hosts two beautifully designed bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), two open closets, a sofa, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony where you can admire endless blue horizons.
The third bedroom includes a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an open closet, a 43” TV, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a balcony also boasting sea views.
Lower Floor
Descending to the lower level, you’ll discover a spacious open-plan area with a cozy sofa, a 65” TV, a PlayStation 5, a Bluetooth Speaker, and access to the villa’s final bedroom. This floor also houses a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as an LG washer and dryer for your convenience.
The fourth bedroom offers a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a 43” TV, an open closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It also includes a pull-out sofa bed (0.80m x 1.80m) to accommodate the eleventh guest, plus direct access to steps leading up to the pool area.
The fifth bedroom offers a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a 43” TV, an open closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with direct access to steps leading up to the pool area.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Orus offers many facilities, including:
- A private, L-shaped 200 sq m. swimming pool, with step access.
- The pool area is equipped with 4 double day beds, 3 sun beds, and side tables.
- Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a high-end BEEF EATER BBQ gas grill, 4 gas hobs, a fridge, a sink, and ample counter and storage space. Adjacent to this is an island with 5 stools.

- Parking space for 3 cars inside the villa premises.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests.
