Ground Floor

Upon entering the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright, open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a 65” Smart TV with Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances and a central island with stools. For more formal dining, the dining table seats eight in stylish metal-backed chairs and is positioned in front of large patio doors, which open onto the veranda and pool area, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower are also located on this level.

Bedroom 1: Features a king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, an open closet, a 42” Smart TV, and direct access to a private balcony with seating.

Bedroom 2: Offers two twin beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), which can be joined to form a king-size bed upon request. It also includes an open closet, a 32” Smart TV, and patio doors leading to the covered rear lawn area of the villa.

First Floor

The first floor hosts the third bedroom, featuring a king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The room also includes an open closet, a 42” Smart TV, and a window offering beautiful views over the pool and out to sea.

Lower Floor

The spacious lower floor features an open-plan layout and includes a playroom featuring a foosball table, chalkboard, small tables and chairs, an egg chair and a comfortable sofa. Partition walls allow this area to be separated from the autonomous apartment located on this level. The independent apartment offers an additional seating area with a sofa, a 55” Smart TV with Netflix, and a PlayStation 4. It also includes a kitchenette and a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer. A separate bathroom with a shower cabin is located on this level. An external door provides a private entrance to the apartment, with direct access to a terrace area that features a ping pong table.
