Entering the villa through the main entrance, you are welcomed onto the first floor, home to four beautifully designed bedrooms. From the very first moment, the abundance of natural light and the breathtaking panoramic views create an atmosphere of serenity and understated luxury.

To elevate your stay, all bathrooms are stocked with premium KORRES bath products and plush bathrobes, offering the perfect self-care experience. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a 43” Samsung TV, Bluetooth speakers, and blackout curtains to ensure complete comfort and relaxation.

Bedroom 1 – Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an elegant ensuite bathroom with both a bathtub and a stand-up shower. A private closet with a mini fridge adds extra convenience, while direct access to the shared balcony allows you to wake up to captivating sea views every morning.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a suitcase stand, and a spacious closet. Guests can also enjoy direct access to the shared balcony overlooking the sea.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, suitcase stand, a closet, and direct access to the shared sea-view balcony.

Bedroom 4: Featuring a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), this bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, suitcase stand, a closet, and access to the shared balcony with stunning coastal views.

Ground Floor

Descending the beautifully designed staircase, you arrive at the villa’s spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow the extraordinary views to blend seamlessly with the interior, creating a bright and calming atmosphere throughout the space.

This level also includes a half bathroom, an elevator, and a separate utility area equipped with a washer, dryer, and an additional double refrigerator for added convenience.

The living room is designed for both comfort and entertainment, featuring a 65” Samsung TV, a modern steam fireplace, a cosy sofa, and three B&O sound systems that create the perfect ambiance for relaxing evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances needed for a stress-free, self-catered stay, while the kitchen island bar comfortably seats eight guests, and the elegant dining table accommodates up to eight, making it ideal for memorable shared meals and social gatherings.

For entertainment, the playroom offers something for everyone, featuring an air hockey table, a pool table, a 27” monitor, a PlayStation 5, a B&O sound system, and a massive 98” TCL TV,  perfect for fun-filled afternoons and unforgettable movie nights.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and access to a cour d'anglaise leading directly to the pool area. 

Bedroom 6: This flexible bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can also be converted into two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m each) upon request, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and access to a cour d'anglaise leading directly to the pool area. 

Outdoor Area

The exterior of Villa Omoi offers many facilities, including:

- A private, 86 sq. m. swimming pool, 0.30-1.6 m deep with step access, using slat water electrolysis. 

- The pool area is equipped with 6 sun beds, pouf loungers, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower 

- Fully equipped kitchen, with a NAPOLEON gas grill, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a sink, a 65” TV, a KEFF sound system, and a dining table seating up to 12 guests under a shaded pergola & a fan
