Spanning 2,200 sq. m., the villa features expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, combining refined design with modern comforts. Oliva D’oro offers four spacious, beautifully appointed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, with the option to host up to 10 if needed.

Stepping onto the ground floor, you’ll discover an open-plan living and kitchen area, bathed in natural light and offering stunning sea views. The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a JBL Bluetooth Speaker, and a 75” LG TV, while the kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, making self-catering effortless and stress-free. At the heart of the space, a grand dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests, perfect for enjoying meals against the beautiful backdrop. For added convenience, the villa also includes an elevator providing seamless access to all floors.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features an open closet with a safe deposit, a mini fridge, blackout curtains, a 43” TV, and direct access to the pool area.

First Floor

Upstairs, a second lounge awaits, complete with a comfortable sofa and an LG TV. This floor also hosts two beautifully designed bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: The master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a sofa, accommodating the 9th guest, an open closet with a safe deposit and mini fridge, blackout curtains,  a 43” TV,  and a shared balcony where you can admire endless blue horizons.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features an open closet with a safe deposit, a mini fridge, blackout curtains,  a 43” TV,  and a shared balcony where you can admire endless blue horizons.

Lower Floor

Descending to the lower floor, you will find a third lounge space,  featuring an 86” LG TV, a PlayStation 5, and a large sofa accommodating the 10th guest. For added convenience, this space also features a laundry area with an LG washer and dryer, along with a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features an open closet with a safe deposit, mini fridge, blackout curtains,  a 43” TV, and direct access to the outdoor area. 

Outdoor Area

The exterior of Oliva D’oro Villa covers 2200m2 and offers many facilities, including:

- A private, 160 sq. m. L-shaped swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with step access. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional daily charge. 

- The pool area is equipped with 4 double-size sun beds, 2 sunbeds, a poolside shower, and 2 umbrellas. 

- Fully equipped BBQ area with a high-end BEEFEATER gas grill, a fridge, a sink, and ample counter and storage space. Adjacent to it, you will find an outdoor dining  area for 10 guests under a shaded pergola

- Two outdoor sitting areas with panoramic sea views.

- Lawn covered area for kids to play

- Parking space for 5 cars inside the villa premises.

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.
