Featuring six beautifully appointed bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with space for up to 14 if required. Each floor operates as a self-contained living area with its own private outdoor entrance, offering the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy for families and groups travelling together.

Guests also have access to the nearby Lavyrinthos Hotel, under the same ownership. There, they can enjoy breakfast (available upon advance request), snacks, drinks, and cocktails at discounted prices, as well as make use of the swimming pool and other facilities.

Layout

Ground Floor 

Upon entering the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a bright and inviting living area, complete with comfortable seating and a fully equipped modern kitchen. A dedicated playroom provides additional space for relaxation and entertainment, while three well-appointed bedrooms are conveniently located on this level.

The living area includes two pull-out sofa beds, accommodating the 13th and 14th guests.  The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary modern appliances for a comfortable self-catering stay, and the adjoining dining area seats up to six guests. The playroom features a 75” TV, a PlayStation 5, and four poof loungers. 

Also on this floor is a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a separate laundry area featuring a MORRIS washing machine and dryer. Each bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind and includes an open wardrobe, individually controlled air conditioning, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features direct outdoor access and sea views. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and direct access to the outdoor area. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower,  and direct access to the outdoor area. 

First Floor 

The upper floor is accessed via a private outdoor staircase, offering guests an added sense of independence and privacy. This level features a comfortable living area with a 65” Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area ideal for enjoying meals together. Large doors open onto a spacious balcony furnished with outdoor seating, where guests can take in panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains.

A family bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this floor, along with a convenient laundry area equipped with a MORRIS washing machine.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a safe deposit box and direct access to a balcony. 

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king upon request. It also includes direct access to a private balcony. 

Bedroom 6: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and provides direct access to the balcony. 

Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Manel  covers 700 m2 and offers many facilities, including:

- A private, 50 sq. m. swimming pool with a hydromassage setting, 1.4 m deep with step access, and a children's pool, 0.45m deep. 

- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, 6 poof loungers, side tables, a poolside shower, and 3 umbrellas

- BBQ area with a charcoal grill, a refrigerator, a sink, a 65” TV, and a dining area for 12

- Οutdoor sitting area with a firepit

- A fitness area with an exercise bike,  a treadmill, a bench, a horizontal bar and bands, yoga mats, and a ping pong table 

- Parking space for 3 cars inside the villa premises.
