Indoor Layout

Ground Floor

Stepping onto the ground floor, you will find an open plan space. The living room features a corner sofa, a 55” TV with Netflix and Satellite, and a Bluetooth speaker. 

The kitchen is fully equipped wth modern appliances ensuring a self-catered stay, while adjacent to it is a wooden dining table seating up to six guests. 

Strolling down the hall, you will find two bedrooms along with two bathrooms with stand-up showers. The first bedroom features a Queen-size bed, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and direct access to the garden. 

The second bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.90 x 2,00m) that can be made into a king-size bed upon request (1,80 x 2,00m). This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and direct access to the garden. 

First Floor

After ascending a few steps, you enter the master bedroom, which offers panoramic sea views. It features a king-size bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. A patio door allows a refreshing sea breeze. The room’s attic-style sloping roof adds character, and it is equipped with a built-in low closet, centrally controlled air conditioning, and a 43” TV with Netflix and satellite channels.

Lower Floor

This level features the playroom, perfect for entertaining guests of all ages, with comfortable seating, a 65” TV with Netflix, and a PlayStation 4. This floor also features two bathrooms with stand-up showers and a utility area with a washing machine and clothes dryer. 

This floor also features the two final bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has twin beds (0.90 × 2.00 m) that can be converted into a king-size bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) upon request, and includes air conditioning, a window, and a closet. 

The fifth bedroom features a queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), centrally controlled air conditioning, a window, and a closet.

Outdoor Area

The large patio doors on the ground floor open directly onto the pool and outdoor area, with lovely sea views. Most of the space is laid to lawn, dotted with proud palm trees and complemented by simple, modern landscaping along the back and side gardens. More specifically: 

- 55 m2 private swimming pool (1,50m - 1,60m deep), featuring a built-in seat and table, keeping you cool while you enjoy an ‘in pool’ drink.  The swimming pool can be heated with an additional daily cost (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice).

- 4 sunbeds with mattresses and 2 double bean bag style, ‘poof’ sunbeds with 2 umbrellas, for total relaxation. An outdoor shower is also available.

- Comfortable cushioned outdoor seating area under a pergola. 

- Ping pong table

- Large outdoor dining table underneath a canopy 

- Gas barbecue and sink for alfresco dining

- Gated entrance (shared with Villa Iniada II) and parking space for 1 car outside the villa
