Layout

Ground Floor

Upon entering the villa, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen area, with direct access to the pool. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a 43” TV, and an EDIFIER speaker. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a selection of board games, including Jenga, chess (Skaki), and a deck of cards. The fully equipped kitchen features all modern appliances, and adjacent to it is the dining area, comfortably seating up to ten guests.

This floor also features a half bathroom for added convenience. 

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find a kitchenette, equipped with a sink, coffee machine, mini fridge, electric kettle, and a Samsung washer and dryer.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It also features a 32” Samsung TV, a closet with a safe deposit box,  and a private balcony with a stunning sea view.

The second bedroom includes a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can be converted into two twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a 32” Samsung TV, and its own private balcony with sea views. 

The third bedroom includes a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), which can be converted into two twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a 32” Samsung TV, and sea views coming in from the window. 

Studio Apartments

Located on the lower level and accessed through private entrances from the outdoor area, the villa offers two fully self-contained studio apartments—perfect for guests seeking extra privacy and independence.

Each studio is thoughtfully designed with a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a comfortable sofa, blackout curtains, a 32” Samsung TV, and stunning sea views. Kitchenettes include a sink, mini fridge, electric kettle, and coffee machine, while additional features such as a work desk, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a closet with a safe deposit box.

Each bedroom features blackout curtains, roller blinds, mosquito nets, and Edifier speakers, while every bathroom is stocked with “RITUAL” products for the ultimate self-care experience.

Outdoor area

The villa’s expansive outdoor area spans 1,000 m² and is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. A charming pathway leads from the villa to a secluded, unorganized beach, offering a natural and tranquil escape. 

More specifically, the outdoor area features: 

- There are two swimming pools: the main pool measures 48 m², includes a hydromassage feature, and has a depth of 1.50 meters, while the second pool is 18 m², perfect for a refreshing dip.

- Surrounding the pool area are eight sunbeds, poof loungers, four daybeds, side tables, two poolside showers, and umbrellas

- The BBQ area is equipped with a premium BROIL KING grill, a single gas hob, a sink, and ample counter space for food preparation.

- Yoga equipment

- An outdoor dining area comfortably accommodates ten guests, and a long cushioned bench offers additional seating.

- Parking space for four cars inside the villa premises.

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.
