First Floor

Ascending to the first floor you will find two bedrooms featuring a shared balcony. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a desk area, a closet with a safe deposit box, a 43” TV, and a shared balcony with the fourth bedroom. 

Bedroom 4: The luxurious master bedroom boasts a Super-King size bed (2.00m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom that features both a stand-up shower and a bathtub. Additional amenities include a spacious closet, a mini fridge, and a 43” TV. Step onto the shared balcony, as well as its own private balcony area,  which offers breathtaking views of the pool and sea, creating the perfect spot to unwind.

Lower Floor 

The lower floor features a meticulously designed lounge area, a spa, a minibar, and the two remaining bedrooms. 

The lounge area invites relaxation and entertainment with six lounge chairs, an impressive 88” TV, a high-quality Marshall speaker, and a PlayStation 5—perfect for endless fun. The spa area offers a serene retreat, equipped with a hydromassage tub, a 4-seat hammam, and a 4-seat sauna, creating the ultimate environment for unwinding and rejuvenation. The minibar is stocked with all the essentials needed for a refreshing drink and includes a curated selection of fine wines available for purchase

For added convenience, the lower level also features a BOSCH washer and dryer and a full bathroom with a standup shower.

Bedroom 6: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00), which can be converted into two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower, an open closet with a safe deposit box, a 43” TV, and a window.

All the bedrooms have screens and blackout curtains.
