Layout

Ground Floor 

Guests are welcomed into the main living area, an open-plan space combining the living room and kitchen. The living room features a corner sofa with a fireplace, a 65” HDTV with Netflix, and a Bluetooth speaker, and it opens onto the sunny pool terrace with stunning sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catered vacation, ready to help you prepare delicious meals. A dining table in the kitchen seats up to eight guests, while a second round glass dining table is located in the ground-floor living area for additional dining options.

On the ground floor, there is also an air-conditioned bedroom with a 40” HDTV and PS5 console, a closet, and direct access to the pool area. This wheelchair-accessible bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a shower (also accessible from the living room) and two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can be combined into a king-size bed if needed.

First Floor

The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the first floor. Two of the ensuite bedrooms feature a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), and each one has its own private balcony with sea views. The third ensuite bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined together to make a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), upon request. 

Finally, a laundry and storage room with a washing machine and dryer in one unit is available on this floor.

Lower floor

Descending to the lower floor, you will find the last bedroom, along with a relaxing spa area. The bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a 40” HDTV, self-controlled A/C, and direct access to the outdoor area. Lastly, the spa area on this floor has with sauna, jacuzzi, shower, and sitting area.

Outdoor Area

Take in the sun and scenery from the villa’s outdoor living areas. The outdoor area is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation with a 50m2 infinity pool and many lounging spots offering panoramic views of the sea and countryside and includes:

- A 50 m2 private infinity swimming pool. The pool can also be heated with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice).
