The main building extends across 685sq.m split between three levels and houses the villa’s primary living areas, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, six bedrooms, playroom, gym, and sauna.

The open-plan living area has been designed with comfort and elegance in mind, featuring a 75” Smart TV, a Marshall Bluetooth Speaker, a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, and direct access to the main outdoor terrace. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen offers state-of-the-art appliances and a central island with seating for four guests. Completing the space is a grand dining table accommodating up to 12 guests.

A guest WC is also located on this level for added convenience. Throughout the villa, all bathrooms are stocked with premium KORRES toiletries, while each bedroom features blackout curtains, a safe deposit box, and individually controlled air conditioning.

Lower Floor

Second Building, Cave-Style Residence

Accessible through its own private entrance, the second building, which spreads across 117sq.m is a unique cave-style residence that offers additional privacy you may wish to have amongst your group. It comprises a second living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two additional bedrooms.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and a 65” LG Smart TV, while the kitchen includes modern appliances, a breakfast island with seating for two, and a dining area for four guests.

Bedroom 7: This bedroom features two twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. It also offers an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a closet, a 43” TV, and direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom 8: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a closet, a 43” TV, and direct access to the pool area.

Finally, on this level, there is an additional bedroom with a bunk bed,  a twin-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower that could be used for a guest’s personal staff members, if applicable.

Outdoor area

The exterior of Eleven Sundays Villa covers 950sqm, split between two levels. More specifically, the outdoor area includes: 

- Three private outdoor pools. On the main level, you will find two pools. One measures 62 sqm, and can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge. The second one measures 10sqm. The lower outdoor level features the third pool, which measures 40sqm and can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge. 

- The pool area is equipped with 9 sun beds, side tables, two poolside showers, and umbrellas

- Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill, a pizza oven, four gas hobs, three small-sized professional refrigerators, a dishwasher, and a sink.
