Elements Villa is a contemporary retreat designed to feel both expansive and intimate. Spread across three levels, the villa offers space, comfort, and independence for everyone, making it ideal for large families or groups who wish to be together while still enjoying their own privacy. With eight bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to sixteen guests.

Bathed in sunlight and open to the breeze, the villa’s spacious, open-plan interiors flow effortlessly throughout the day, drawing you toward the view at every turn. From its hilltop setting, the sea stretches endlessly before you, with the White Mountains, Souda Bay, and the surrounding landscape unfolding in the distance. Despite the sense of seclusion, the nearest beach and local amenities are only a short drive away, offering the perfect balance between privacy and convenience.

Ground Floor

Stepping onto the ground floor, you will find a playroom featuring a large corner sofa, a 65” HDTV, a variety of board games, and a pool table to enjoy endless fun. A round dining table for 8 guests, next to the energy fireplace, is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ensuring a self-catered holiday, along with two wine coolers where you can choose local wines from our wine selection with an additional charge. This space offers direct access to the terrace, with stunning views of the sea. 

The ground floor features three bedrooms. Every bedroom is fitted with premium COCO-MAT mattresses, ensuring exceptional comfort and a truly restful night’s sleep.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub including an aero massage. It also features a 40‘’ TV and direct access to the terrace, with a seating area under a pergola. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) that may be converted to two single beds upon request. It also features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a 40‘’ TV, and direct access to the lawn-covered area. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a 40’’ HDTV.

The ground floor also features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find the main living room space. This space features a comfortable sofa, a 65’’ HDTV with Netflix, PlayStation, Bluetooth speakers, and an energy fireplace with direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and center-stage takes the dining table for 12. This floor also features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows offer amazing views and keep the area airy and sunny all day long. 

The first floor features three bedrooms:

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and bathtub. It also features a 40” HDTV, and direct access to a balcony offering never-ending views of the sea. 

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub including an aero massage. It also features a 24” TV and direct access to a balcony offering sea views.

Bedroom 6: This bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00), a 40” TV, and direct access to the rear entrance of the Villa.

Second Floor

Ascending further up to the second floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms. 

Bedroom 7: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub offering aero massage and hydro massage. It also features a 24” HDTV and a balcony with sea views. 

Bedroom 8: This bedroom features a super king-size bed (2.40 × 2.00 m), which can be converted into two single beds (1.20 × 2.00 m each) upon request. The room is equipped with a 55" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Direct access leads to a spacious veranda that includes a 6-seater hot tub with multiple jets for aero massage, hydro massage, and chromotherapy. The veranda also offers a shaded lounge area furnished with chaise longues. With panoramic views over the entire area, this space is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Outdoor Area

-110 m² heated swimming pool, 1.65 m deep, featuring a shallow section ideal for children. The pool terrace is furnished with double daybeds, side tables, parasols, and an outdoor shower. Pool heating is available upon advance request for an additional daily charge, applies to the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice.

-Spacious lawn area located behind the pool, ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities.

-Fully equipped, shaded charcoal BBQ area and wood-fired oven, including an outdoor sink and dining utensils.

-Ping-pong table for entertainment.

-Large outdoor dining area accommodating all guests, complete with a 55" HD outdoor TV.

-Two outdoor WC bathrooms for added convenience.

-Vegetable garden next to the BBQ area, where guests are welcome to enjoy fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables.
