Domus Mare II covers 140 m² across two levels and comfortably accommodates four guests, with the option for a fifth if required. The villa features a hot tub and thoughtfully arranged living spaces that emphasise comfort and simplicity. Large glass doors bring in abundant natural light and connect the interior seamlessly with the outdoor areas.

Ground Floor

The main entrance of Domus Mare II opens up to a split-level, open-plan area featuring the living room, kitchen and indoor dining table. The living room features a comfortable, large corner sofa and a poof with a low-level coffee table, a fireplace and a 65’’ Smart TV with Netflix and Satellite. The dining table seats 6 and uniquely incorporates the oven hob. 

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is set on the upper split level with built-in appliances and a wine fridge mini bar, stocked with some of the fine wines of Crete (payable locally). Patio doors lead from the kitchen to the outdoor lounge seating area and large barbecue area with an outdoor dining table.  

The ground floor bedroom features two twin-size beds (0,90m x 2,00m) that can be joined together to form a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) upon request. It also features an en-suite bathroom, with a stand-up shower and washing machine, air conditioning, a 42” TV, a closet and sea view.

First Floor

A floating staircase leads to the mezzanine first floor, allowing views of the ground floor below. The mezzanine space is truly special, with a futon and low-level table where you can chill out or catch up on work with the best ‘office’ view available. Patio doors lead onto a balcony which overlooks the pool.

The first floor bedroom has a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), sea view, air conditioning, 42” TV, closet and balcony. The first floor bathroom has a rain shower, sink and hairdryer.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of Domus Mare II is a beautiful space with natural flow, panoramic coastal sea views and furnishings that allow you to relax and unwind. The outdoor facilities include:

- A private, 45 m2, heated, freeform, swimming pool with steps and walk-in access (0,20 - 1,50m deep). The pool can also be heated upon request with an additional charge.

- The pool terrace provides ample space to relax for all guests with a pergola, sunbeds and poof style sunbed. 

-   Four seater hot tub and poolside shower.

- Large barbecue area with charcoal barbecue, bread/pizza oven, sink and ample preparation area. The large dining table seats 8 under a pergola.

- Parking space for 2 cars inside the Villa premises.

-A path at the far end of the outdoor area leads to a secluded cove directly below the villas, accessed via a series of steps with a handrail. Portable beach equipment is provided. Due to the natural layout of the property and the cove access, the villa is not suitable for children under 10 years of age, and extra care is advised.

-The landscaped outdoor space includes a small botanic garden, where guests are welcome to pick fresh aromatic herbs for their own use, ideal for adding local flavour to home-cooked meals.

Important Accommodation Notes:

-Domus Mare Villas are not recommended for children under 10 years of age. Children aged 10 and above are welcome under supervision, as the property does not include child-specific safety features.

-Access to the villas is via an unmade road. A SUV or crossover-style vehicle with higher ground clearance is recommended.

-The villas are located in a peaceful area; guests are kindly asked to respect the quiet nature of the surroundings and neighbouring properties.
