At the heart of the outdoor experience lies a stunning 23-meter infinity pool, surrounded by expansive terraces designed for relaxation under the Cretan sun. Inside, bright open-plan interiors are flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling openings, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living.

Layout - Ground Floor

Entering the villa, you are welcomed by an open-plan living and kitchen area. Natural light floods the space from every angle, complemented by panoramic sea views that immediately set the tone.

The living area features a 55” TV, a comfortable sofa, and an LG Bluetooth speaker. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances for a seamless self-catered stay, complemented by a skylight that fills the space with sunlight. At the heart of the space, a grand dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests, set against a captivating backdrop of the blue sky and sea.

For added convenience, the ground floor includes a half bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with KORRES products for a luxurious self-care experience. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with window screens, blackout curtains, individually controlled air conditioning, custom-made towels, bathrobes, and slippers to ensure maximum comfort.

Bedroom 1: Features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional amenities include an open closet, a safe deposit box, a 32” TV, a full-length mirror, and direct access to the pool area with beautiful sea views.

Bedroom 2: Offers a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It also includes an open closet, a safe deposit box, a 32” TV, a full-length mirror, and direct access to the rear side of the villa.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find three elegantly designed bedrooms, each featuring a kettle machine with tea and instant coffee, along with a spacious shared balcony featuring a relaxing five-seat jacuzzi and uninterrupted sea views.

Bedroom 3: Includes a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an open closet, a safe deposit box, a 32” TV, a full-length mirror, and direct access to the balcony.

Bedroom 4: Features a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an open closet, a 32” TV, and a full-length mirror. It offers direct access to the main balcony, as well as an additional private balcony.

Bedroom 5: Offers a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an open closet, a 32” TV, a full-length mirror, and access to a private balcony with sea views. 

Lower Floor

Descending to the lower level, you will discover a spacious open-plan area dedicated to entertainment, wellness, and relaxation, along with the sixth bedroom.

The playroom is equipped with a 65” TV, a PlayStation 5, a Samsung soundbar, and a selection of board games. The fitness area includes a treadmill, an electric bicycle, yoga mats, dumbbells, and a yoga ball. For ultimate relaxation, the spa area features a hammam, a sauna, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This level also includes a laundry room with a Miele washer and dryer.

Bedroom 6: This bedroom is set within the interior of the villa and does not feature openings or direct outdoor access, making it ideal for children. It features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) that can be converted into two twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. It also includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an open closet, a kettle machine with tea and instant coffee, and a 32” TV.

Outdoor Area

The exterior of Creticum Mare Villa covers 1500m2 and offers many facilities, including:

- A private, 23m long swimming pool, 1.4 m deep with step access. Adjacent to it, you will find a hydromassage section that can be heated, upon request, for an additional daily charge. 

- The pool area is equipped with 6 double-sized sun beds, 3 poof loungers, a poolside shower, and 2 umbrellas.

- Outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill, a single gas hob, a fryer, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a built-in ice bucket, a sink, and ample counter space. Adjacent to it, you will find a dining table comfortably seating up to 12 guests. 

- Οutdoor sitting area with a fire pit 

- Lawn covered area for kids to play with a ping pong table 

- Parking space for 5 cars inside the villa premises.

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and privacy to our guests.
