A genuine five-star apartment in the heart of Kolonaki — the design, materials, and comfort you normally only find in Athens' most exclusive hotels, here as a private 125 m² home for up to four guests. On the fourth floor (with elevator) of a well-kept building at Delfon 5, it suits business and leisure alike, steps from the city's best restaurants, cafés, and bars.

Every detail is specified to hotel standard. The open-plan living area, set beneath decorative ceilings, features Moroso furniture, Moooi lighting, a Porada desk, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and a 65" LG OLED TV with PS5 and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped designer kitchen carries high-end appliances throughout: a Jura coffee machine, a Neff wine cooler, an LG double-door refrigerator with ice maker & water filter, a large dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and a breakfast bar for six.

The master suite pairs a king-size bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) with a 55" LG OLED TV and a closet, opening to an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in rain shower, double vanity, and premium Korres amenities. 

The second bedroom has a double bed (1.40 × 2.00 m), a 50" Samsung TV, a closet, and its own ensuite bathroom. Both rooms rest on Matt Royal mattresses dressed in 500-thread-count silk Kimisoo linens, with plush bathrobes and slippers in each.

The private balcony, screened by tall leafy plants under a bioclimatic pergola, is set for outdoor dining or for unwinding on the circular lounge sofa, with an outdoor fan and sun umbrella. Climate-controlled air conditioning runs throughout, with natural-gas central heating and radiators for winter, an Ajax alarm, and video-intercom entry.
